Had a great day here this month, my wife and I took our 5 month old son for a trip. Lots of lights and movement to keep him occupied and very friendly staff who talked to him loads. Got loads of great pics and although he was to small for the rides he did enjoy playing with Duplo and he... Can't knock them for trying but not worth the discounted price to be honest let alone full price. The place was very disorganised and trashed in most areas by 4pm. The laser guns didn't work on the ride and in the 4d show it took 2 attempts to get it working and then the usherette had her walkie talkie going... We purchased a joint ticket in advance with Sea-life center that made it better value...but the activities the kids really enjoyed.

We where particularly impressed with the 4D screening. Part of the attraction was being refurbished so we have a free pass to return, so happy with our day out and to visit again in future is a bonus. I won free tickets in the school fair. We had a fun day but I'd have been pretty disappointed if I'd paid full price. It is massively over priced for what it is. That said, the children had fun. Once we got past all the initial queuing, we did go in halfterm so kind of expected. We decided to go... Visited during half term as a family of four. Had Mc Donald's 50% discount vouchers so had to buy the tickets at the gate. We were queuing for 1.5 hours to get our tickets and were told to join another queue for pre-booked tickets (another half hour there) Horrible experience. Many attractions were shut. Not really much to do. Looked forward to this trip with our 3 boys. We booked the previous day and chose a specific entry time. Arrived on time and was very surprised by the 45 minute queue outside in the freezing cold.

The staff were processing tickets at a glacial pace. So even once we were inside there were more queues. By this time, we... Definitely not worth the price you pay. At £19 pp you don't get much. I like the models and the freedom to build areas. The 4D cinema is quite entertaining and there are a couple of rides. There used to be a really good large soft play area but this has gone (unsure if temporary) and part of the area... We took our son for his 6th Birthday. We queued for about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad. I would like to praise the staff for noticing my sons birthday badge several times throughout our visit, they made him feel special and gave him a lego birthday badge which really made his day. There were a few... went to legoland for the first time on monday the 20th of feb, during half term. we got there at about 10:03 and they opened at 10am people queued out the door into the square already!!!! had booked tickets already and went into the longer queue!!
