There are so many crazy kids ruining shelves that you have to fix and also lots of people begin quitting right after it starts getting crazy and it gets even worse so you have to stay on your feet and make sure everyone gets help sometimes it may even be you working alone during a busy day because a manager schedules you alone on a busy day expecting it not to be busy. Advice to Management A piece of advice would be to employ more people that you know are gonna work hard not just people that complain a lot and quit when we need them the most also when scheduling always think ahead, because it's a toy store and you have to think about not just the employees and their hours but also about the kids that have days where they're out of school and parents don't know where to take them so they take them to a toy store. When I worked at toys r us I was scheduled alone on a thanksgiving break and I had to close I was lucky enough to have someone who could work that day so that I didn't have to fix the shelves and clean up by myself but that shouldn't have happened and could've been prevented.

Company debt has hindered the ability for the company to innovate and labor constraints significantly hinder sales and store conditions.There is no commitment to Work Life Balance for store management from October to February. Advice to Management This is a great company to start a career, but a lack of commitment to work life balance makes it difficult to have a family lift.
