Es gibt zahlreiche LEGO® Bau-Sets zum Film, es gibt eine eigene LEGO® Minifiguren Sammelserie, es gibt ein eigenes LEGO® Batman Movie Magazin, es gibt Taschenlampen, Schlüsselanhänger und natürlich jede Menge Bücher. Und damit wären wir auch direkt beim Thema. Ich habe mir bei Amazon DE vor ein paar Tagen das „The LEGO® Batman Movie – Das Buch zum Film“ aus dem DK Verlag bestellt.
Bei einem Preis von 8,95 Euro musste ich nicht lange überlegen und so ist das Buch erst in meinem Warenkorb, zwei Tage später dank Prime-Mitgliedschaft auf meinem Schreibtisch zum Review gelandet. Das Cover ist ansprechend gestaltet und zeigt die vier Protagonisten von The LEGO® Batman Movie. Das gebundene Buch umfasst insgesamt 64 Seiten und beinhaltet laut Verlag mehr als 150 farbige Abbildungen. Nachgezählt habe ich die Fotos im Buch zwar nicht, das hochwertige Ergebnis in typischer DK Verlags-Manier spricht allerdings für sich. Ohne Inhaltsverzeichnis geht es auch hier nicht. Jedes Thema/Kapitel umfasst zwei Seiten, was ich als sehr angenehm und leserfreundlich empfinde. Der Batwing auf der Seite neben dem Inhaltsverzeichnis dürfte euch bekannt vorkommen, wenn ihr den ersten Trailer zu The LEGO® Batman Movie gesehen habt. Auf Seite 7 ist der Batwing erneut zu sehen, dieses Mal allerdings als deutlich erkennbares LEGO® Modell. Schaut euch in Ruhe die zahlreichen Details des „Black Thunder“ an. Es lohnt sich!
Ich kann nur hoffen, dass der dänische Spielwarenhersteller den Batwing als Bau-Set in den Handel bringen wird. Sollte die Gerüchte stimmen, stehen die Chancen auf weitere LEGO® Sets zum Sommer ja nicht schlecht. Auf den Seiten 13 und 14 dann der nächste Clou: Wayne Manor, der Familiensitz des Milliardärs Bruce Wayne alias Batman. Das abgebildete Modell ist leider viel zu groß, um als Bau-Set jemals in den Handel zu kommen. Aufgrund der hohen Anzahl an Steinen dürfte das Set wahrscheinlich auch viel zu teuer sein. Wie auch immer, hier erfahren die wissbegierigen Leser, dass zu Batmans Lieblingszimmern das Tonstudio, das Kino und das Schwimmbad gehören. Auf den anderen Seiten werden die verschiedenen Figuren aus dem Kinofilm vorgestellt, wie beispielsweise der Pinguin, Harley Quinn oder Clayface, der Schlammschurke. Besonders interessant dürften allerdings die Seiten 30 und 31 sein. Hier zeigen einige Bösewichter ihre Fahrzeuge, die bei mir wiederum Begehrlichkeiten wecken.
Das Catcycle von Catwoman gibt es bereits als Set, den Riddler Racer und den Killer Croc Truck ebenfalls. Aber was ist mit Harleys Kanonentruck oder der Abrissbagger von Two-Face? Ich hoffe sehr, dass LEGO® hier noch ein paar Sets vorstellen wird. Ebenfalls gut gelungen finde ich die „Vorstellungsseiten“ der bisher veröffentlichten Konstruktionssets, wie hier am Beispiel des Scuttler (70908). Neben dem 775-teiligen Modell an sich werden auch die speziellen Features wie der Bolzenshooter, der Netzwerfer oder der ausfahrbare Arm vorgestellt. Ich mache es kurz: Das „The LEGO® Batman Movie – Das Buch zum Film“ ist jeden der 895 Cents wert. Leser erhalten mit dem Buch aus dem DK Verlag ein umfangreiches Nachschlagewerk mit allen relevanten Information rund um den Kinofilm. Die Seiten sind ansprechend gestaltet. Die Texte sind klar auf die Zielgruppe abgestimmt und bieten jede Menge LEGO typischen Wortwitz. Gute Voraussetzungen also, um in dem Buch abends vor dem Schlafengehen gemeinsam mit seinen Kindern zu schmökern.

EditGolden Manual 2 Destroy 5 sandbags (we think that's what they are) during the sequence where you're sliding down the hill and you'll automatically pick up a Golden Manual. The sandbags can be tough to spot. Try pausing the game every five seconds or so and scope out the area ahead. Near the start, there's a higher path on the left. It's near the front of that path. Next, is a high path on the right. The sandbag is about halfway down. Just to the left of the entrance to the mine tunnel. Follow the mine tracks out of the tunnel. You'll find the fourth sandbags above the tracks just outside the tunnel. After the mine tracks end, jump up on the ledge on the left, then jump from there to a ledge on the right. The final sandbags will be about halfway down. EditGolden Manual 3 During the slope-sliding sequence, stay on the mine cart tracks when you exit the tunnel. You'll have to jump a few gaps in the track but eventually you'll reach the Golden Manual. EditGolden Manual 4 (Free Play) Required: extinguisher After the slope-sliding sequence, put out the fire near the horse carriage and a Golden Manual will appear.
EditPants (Free Play) Required: laser, gun or throwable weapon, agility, drill In the back of the area with the Instruction Build Pad on the right side is a gate with a gold lock. Bust it with a laser and head in. Locate the target on the right side of the building and shoot it (or throw something at it). Build with the resulting studs. Follow the agility objects to the roof and drill out the chimney. The barn door will open. Go inside and pick up the Stinky Pants. EditGolden Manual 5 (Free Play) Required: staff Inside the saloon, after blowing up the silver table on the left, head up to the second level and use a character with a staff to perform a secret knock on the door. Inside is the final Golden Manual. In the rear of the area with the windmill, on the right side is a gate with a gold lock.
