How do I place my order in the online LEGO Shop?




You can select products and add them to a virtual shopping bag via the button "Add to Bag". If the “Add to Bag” button is replaced with a “Back Order” button, you can process the order by clicking the “Back Order” button, but the item will not ship until it is available. When am I entering into a binding agreement? When you order through the LEGO Shop, you will have the opportunity to review, correct and delete your data before you place the order. By clicking on the button "Buy", or otherwise confirming your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products you have added to the virtual shopping bag. Once you have ordered your products from the LEGO Shop, we will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt. This does not mean that the order has been accepted. When you place your order with us, you are making an offer to buy, which is accepted by us when you receive a shipping confirmation email confirming the details of the ordered products, your online payment and delivery.




It is, therefore, essential that you submit an accurate email address when placing your order. Can I refuse to agree to the Terms and Conditions and still make a purchase? No, you will only be able to place an order if you agree to these Terms and Conditions.  In order to place an order through the LEGO Shop, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking the box "I agree to the Terms and Conditions". What if the ordered products are not in stock? We cannot guarantee that all the ordered products are available in our inventory at all times. We may make partial deliveries of products included in the same order if the products can be used separately. We will bear any additional shipping costs in such circumstances, and you will not be charged any extra costs due to partial deliveries. We will inform you as quickly as possible if a product is not available or cannot be delivered on time. If the product will not be available in the foreseeable future, we reserve the right not to accept your offer.




In the Bricks & Pieces selection, we are not able to accept orders for parts that are temporarily unavailable. Should your order include such a part, we will remove the unavailable item from your order. We will communicate to you, if possible, when we expect to have any unavailable items back in stock so that you may place a new order for these items. What if I want the products sent somewhere other than my address? It is possible for you to request delivery to an address other than your billing address. In these cases we will not include the price or billing details to the delivery address, since we will assume that the delivery is a gift to the recipient. Click the image of the product you are interested in to see a full description. You used to offer discounts when purchasing sets in bundles (for example, 2-pack, 4-pack, 6-pack, and so on) Why is this no longer available on your site?




We still offer the same volume-based discounts as before, but they are displayed differently on our new website. Instead of selecting a 2-pack, 4-pack, or so on, you can select any quantity that you wish to purchase, and the discount will be applied for that quantity. The discounted price will show in the shopping cart. Can I buy LEGO Education products in stores?Our products are sold only through our website and catalogs to develop a complete educational solution with product and professional development options. I left the site, and when I came back I was logged out and my cart was empty. If while shopping or browsing the site, you are inactive for 30 minutes (meaning you haven’t clicked a button, followed a link, or submitted a search), your session will expire. This happens for security reasons and means that your cart contents will be removed and you will be required to log on again. Yes, if you already have a LEGO ID account, it will now work on the LEGO Education website, too. I have downloaded many activities from your website but can’t seem to find them. Our recent web transition and content migration provided a good opportunity to scrutinize the free activities on our site and, after a thorough review, determined that many were inconsistent, of varying degrees of quality, and disconnected from our mission to provide content-rich learning experiences for students. To ensure we provide only the highest-quality classroom resources, from this point forward, we will focus primarily on delivering activities via our selection of robust activity packs, curriculum packs, and teacher guides rather than stand-alone activities on our website.
