LEGO Star Wars OCTUPTARRA TRI DROID (pack of 2) Utapau spider NEW from 75036 *7681 Separatist Spider Droid is a Star Wars: The Clone Wars set released on 26th of July 2008. The set includes a Separatist Spider Droid and five minifigures: Commander Fox, a Clone Trooper, a Battle Droid Commander, a Super Battle Droid, and a Battle Droid. The spider droid has a light and dark grey spheric body with a light grey 6x6 dish on both the bottom and the top. Near the top of the body is a 2x2 transparent red dish which represents an eye. The spider droid has two guns, one at the top of the body, and the other at the bottom. The top gun has a dark grey 2x2 dish on a long barrel and can do 360 degree turns. It also has a pipe going from the back of the barrel to a supporting piece. The bottom gun has a 3x3 dish on its barrel, and a pipe going from the side of one of the guns to the bottom of it. The bottom gun can move downwards for a batter range of fire. Four long legs built up of TECHNIC cars with 4x4 circular feet join on by other TECHNIC pieces.
The legs then join on to the middle of the body. Separatist Spider Droids are large fighter droids used by the Separatists in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and in The Clone Wars.
