I Guess Lego Games Have Hit The Bland Level LEGO began combining its construction bricks with major franchises on game consoles in 2005, with LEGO Star Wars. Eventually progressing through events of the prequels, the original trilogy and even the animated series Clone Wars.

Since then there’s been LEGO Harry Potter, Jurassic World, Batman and Marvel’s Avengers. After Disney bought the rights to Star Wars and Electronic Arts signed a multi-million-dollar deal to make Star Wars games, starting with Battlefront, it didn’t look we’d be swinging LEGO lightsabers again. Thankfully, whatever red tape that needed to be cut has been, as LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives this summer. It could also prove to be the biggest LEGO game yet, as a new gameplay trailer shows off its brand new features. In the trailer, instantly recognizable moments from the movie look to have been spectacularly recreated in LEGO. New features are also outlined, including Blaster Battles. Players can now engage in intense Blaster Battles. These will be much more engaging than the usual combat experienced in previous LEGO games. You’ll seek cover behind nearby objects and structures before having your character popping out from the safety of cover to fight enemies with precision blaster fire.

Different tactics will be available for puzzles with Multi-Builds. The enhanced system will allow players to choose from multiple building options to solve a puzzle and advance the game in different ways, so the same pile of LEGO bricks can be used in varied ways, with the player building and re-building different objects for different purposes. The trailer shows one instance where the player can either build a sub-terrain spider droid or a bag of popcorn. Check out some high-res stills from the game below: The trailer promises the thrill of high-speed, action-packed flight gameplay like never before – piloting iconic vehicles (including the legendary Millennium Falcon) through arena-based battles and dogfights in space. Evasive manoeuvres on Jakku in the Falcon, taking out pursuers in a Tie Fighter and saving the day in an X-Wing will all be on offer. Ever since a new Star Wars trilogy was announced, the creation of a new expanded universe has begun, including new comics, novels, and TV shows.

This game is no different as LEGO Force Awakens will also include levels of things that weren’t in the film: for example, you’ll be able to play through the moments when Han Solo and Chewbacca capture the Rathars that eventually cause chaos in the film. Plus, there’ll be new adventures of Po Dameron, and secrets uncovered regarding the back story of Lor San Tekka, the mysterious man from the opening scene of the movie. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released on June 28 for PS3, PS4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U and PC.Building a Galaxy With CodeModern browsers, smartphones, tablets | More inspirational videos featuring role models and celebrities More inspirational videos featuring professionals in technology fieldsPlay LEGO Star Wars - The Video Game - Nintendo Game Boy Advance online Play LEGO Star Wars - The Video Game (Nintendo Game Boy Advance) online LEGO Star Wars - The Video Game is a Nintendo Game Boy Advance game that you can play online for free on Game-Oldies.

Entertainment released LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga for iPhone and iPad on Wednesday, and it's waiting to suck up your time even now. The game allows you to play either the Light or the Dark, and includes a host of Star Wars characters lovingly created in LEGO realism. The game boasts 36 story mode levels, more than 120 characters—some of which have to be unlocked with in-game play, including Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. It also includes support for "Classic" game controls and "Touch Screen" controls designed for iPhone and iPad. Screenshots from LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga MacRumors noted that this game is comprised of two titles originally released as Mac and PC games in 2005 (as LEGO Star Wars) and 2006 (as LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy). The game is a hybrid app for iPhone and iPad, and it's available now as a free download, but that includes only Episode 1.
