This page contains a full walkthrough in addition to locations for Minikits and Collectibles. LEGO The Lord of the Rings Walkthrough Part 6B - Amon Hen The hearts of men are easily corrupted. Break a boulder near the starting area and grab the rock that drops out. Walk forward along the path until you see Boromir waiting in foilage and throw your rock at prompted target behind him. Next, crawl through the Small Character Hatch and push the pillar off the ledge. Rebuild the pieces of the pillar into a staircase on the left in order to bypass Boromir above. Grab another rock and throw it at the giant hand in the background, then build its pieces into a staircase. Walk along the ledge in the back and knock the statue over, creating a domino effect with the statues next to it. Next, bash the tree on the left side of the path and use the pieces that fall out of basket on top to build a catapult. Hit the prop underneath to launch a boulder at the statue in the distance.
To get past Boromir's next hiding place, grab another rock and throw it at the basket to the left to drop some Lego pieces. Build these into a staircase to bypass Boromir. Push over another set of statues to send Boromir scurrying, then crawl into the Small Character Hatch. After emerging, grab a rock and throw it at the stone relief on the archway, dropping it onto Boromir's head. Head up the path and climb the stairs at the end where Sauron will spot Frodo. Hit the button prompt to pull off the ring and enter the next area. Begin by breaking the oars on the beach and grabbing the handle, which you can use as a torch. Light it at the Campfire, then set the fallen tree ablaze. Switch to Legolas, jump up to the high ledge, and cross the vine. Shoot the target high up in the trees to drop some pieces which can be rebuilt into a springboard for the rest of your characters to reach the high ledge. Further down the path, switch to Gimli and break through the Cracked Lego Tile tile under the fallen tree.
When you reach the statue with another breakable tile, switch to a different charcter and throw Gimli at it. Ascend the broken statue with Legolas and shoot an arrow into the peg, then swing across to the other side where you can push a pillar down to the ground below. Smash the Cracked Lego Tile with Gimli and rebuild the pieces into a shorter pillar, then push them to the far left side of the checkered floor to reach the next high ledge. Once again, use Gimli to knock down the tree in this area, then have another character throw him at the Cracked Lego Tile above the dark recess. Build the pieces into a peg which Legolas can shoot an arrow into and use to swing to the next higher ledge. Once there, push down the small pillar so the other characters can follow. Pick up Frodo's sword with Aragorn and follow the green path to move on to the next sequence. In this area, you'll have to fight off waves of orcs that attack on the ground, as well as archers that shoot at you from atop pillars and ledges.
Knock the pillars out from under the first two orcs, then shoot the one on the right with an arrow. Continue along, knocking down more orcs from their high perches, until you reach the ledge with a Cracked Lego Tile underneath. Throw Gimli into it to create a ramp to the previously out-of-reach ledge. The fight with the Uruk-hai leader, Lurtz, comes in two stages. During the first stage, you will need to crawl through the Small Character Hatch and hit the orc before he can throw you back down to the battlefield. After this hit, boulders will fall down to block the hatch. Bash the boulders and enter the hatch again to take Lurtz's second heart. The hatch will now be permanently blocked, so head over to the right side of the area and build the broken Lego pieces into a springboard, then launch up and hit Lurtz one more time. After the initial three hearts, as second stage in the fight will begin. Lurtz will now throw swords down at you as orcs attack from either side. Wait until the orc leader throws his shield to the ground and attack him as he attempts to retrieve it.
Repeat four times to finish the level. You will need a bow, an axe and the Berserker to get 100% in this level. LEGO The Lord of the Rings Collectables Walkthrough Part 6 - Amon Hen Six-Part Minikit (First & Second Areas)To obtain Minikit #1 you'll need to hit six statues scattered throughout the first and second areas.1. Pull a bow and arrow out of your Treasure Trove to hit the first one at the top of the first staircase.2. Hit the second one on the right side of the path near the tree with basket on top.3. The third statue is on the right side of the ledge you arrive on after entering the Small Character Hatch.4. In the second area, smash the statue on the far left side of the beach.5. The next statue is on the left side of the path about halfway up the hill.6. Find the final statue in front of the structure where you find Frodo in Story mode. In the first area, smash the remnants of the large hand to find Minikit #2. After launching the first boulder from the catapult, shoot the target (with a bow from your treasure trove) above the path, just beyond the giant statue This will enable you to rebuild the catapult and throw another boulder to drop Minikit #3 on the path.
(Be sure to do this from the side of the path, or you will be squished by a boulder. Boromir will be permanently killed by this boulder if he is in its path. However, see the Bug Notice, for why this is bad.) Bug Notice Applies.Once you reach the arch, pull the Mithril Rope out of your backpack and climb up to the top. Switch to an axe (also from your Treasure Trove) and smash the Cracked Lego Tile there to find the Stop Wand treasure. (Can't jump to break the tile? See the Bug Notice, above, for why.) Six-Part Minikit (First & Second Areas)To obtain Minikit #1 you'll need to hit six statues scattered throughout the first and second areas.1. Find the final statue in front of the structure where you find Frodo in Story mode. Four-Part Minikit (Second Area)There are four Morgul objects (which can be destroyed with Elendil, Sauron, or Aragorn) scattered throughout the second area. Smashing them all will reward you with Minikit #4.1. The first one is inside the fenced-off area on the far left side of the beach.2.
Look for the second one on the right side of the beach, next to the canoes.3. The third one is on top of the platform you reach by swinging off of an arrow.4. Smash the final one on the last ledge of this area to obtain the Minikit. AssemblyAssemble 3 components into some Food.1. Use a rope to climb to the top of the pillar to the right of Campfire, knock down a Tomato. and add the Tomato Sam's Frying Pan. 2. Near the canoes, dig up an Egg and add it to your Frying Pan. 3. Head over to the far left side of the area and use a Strong Character to pull the orange handle. Inside the fenced-off area, dig up the Fish and add it to your Frying Pan. Finally, take your full pan to the fire and cook the Food. Upon smelling the weird fishy tomato omlette, the ghost sitting on top of the treasure chest will come and grab the Food. Head back into the fenced-off area and open the chest fo find the Arrow Helmet treasure. To nab Minikit #5, you'll need to use a rope to pull down the grey and purple statue on the beach, then use a wizard to reassemble it (in the correct order!)
After doing so, the statues will turn to face one another and present you with the Minikit. On the path up the hill, switch to Frodo and illuminate the dark cave. Inside you'll find an orc and some boulders. Smash the boulders to grab Minikit #6. Instead of pushing the pillars to the left on the checkered-ground, push them to the right and use an elf to jump up to the rail on the rock face, and then to into the recess in the rock where you will find Minikit #7. To obtain the Uruk Sword treasure, use the Berserker to blast the silver pillars in during the orc-fighting section of this level. Hidden Area - Treasure TowerInstead of climbing the lego ramp that comes down after you break the cracked tile to enter the boss fight, walk down toward the bottom of the screen to find a silver gate. Blast it open with the Berserker and climb the tower inside. Once you reach the top, you'll be rewarded with Minikit #8. Right next to the ramp you knock down with Gimli, use Sam to nurture a giant flower, then climb it to reach Minikit #9.
