The latest downloadable content (DLC) for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens gives players a chance to embrace the dark side, following in the footsteps of Darth Vader’s number one fan, Kylo Ren. EW has the exclusive first look at the new episode, “First Order Siege of Takodana,” which throws fans back into the thrilling assault against Maz Kanata’s castle. Joined by the First Order, Kylo Ren pushes forward on his search for Resistance spies Rey and BB-8. Players can wield Ren’s iconic T-shaped lightsaber and Force powers, along with the additional members of the First Order, including FN-1044 (Stormtrooper), Jascho Phurus, Rosser Weno, Stormtrooper Officer, Strono Tuggs, Thromba, Laparo, Jakku Freighter (full-size vehicle and micro fighter vehicle).
This darker take adds to the newly expanded Force Awakens story through DLC, which recently featured Poe Dameron’s narrative between crash-landing on Jakku and appearing on Takodana. Fans can purchase the Season Pass for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens to receive the latest content, as well as all previous and upcoming episodes for Playstation 4 and Xbox One. “First Order Siege of Takodana” is coming soon. Jun 14, 2016 at 12:40 am E3 2016: How to download the LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens demo Full game releases next week During most of the E3 2016 conferences, there was some sort of open beta, demo, or sign-up option for a closed beta, and Sony followed the trend with releasing two new demos to the PSN. The first demo is LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The second is Resident Evil 7. Let's start with how to download the LEGO demo, as the Resident Evil one has yet to appear on the store. Like most demos on the PSN, they are placed in the demo section. You're going to want to head to the main menu and scroll to the 'Free' tab. Once there scroll right until you see the demo section. Once inside the demo section you will be able to find the LEGO demo fairly quickly, hit the download for the demo and boom!
The other way to find it is going to the search tab on top and type in the LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It will bring you to the game and the same situation will happen. Over de kwaliteit van de 'nieuwe' films (die vanaf 1999 zijn gemaakt) valt te twisten, maar de vertaling naar een LEGO-spel is uitermate goed gelukt. De game volgt precies de verhaallijn van The Phantom Menace en bevat dus bezoekjes aan bekende planeten & ruimtestations, met alle epische lichtzwaardgevechten van dien. Je speelt LEGO Star Wars met één of twee spelers en speel je alleen dan wissel je gemakkelijk tussen personages. De twee Jedi-ridders dragen uiteraard lichtzwaarden, waarmee je vijanden uitschakelt en op je af vliegende kogels afketst. De geluidseffecten tijdens deze gevechten zijn een lust voor de oortjes. Op een gegeven moment krijg je ook beschikking over C-3PO, de glimmende robot en trouwe kompaan van Anakin (en later Luke) Skywalker. C-3PO heeft geen wapens maar kan wel deuren voor je openen. LEGO Star Wars ziet er prachtig uit en speelt uitermate lekker. Star Wars: The Phantom Menace was zeker niet de beste film uit de reeks, maar deze game is een ware voltreffer.
