Open 10-7Bricks & Minifigs Macomb TownshipFor the 3rd January in a row we are proud to team up with NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) by providing bricks for their Block Kids building event on January 21st! What is this cool event? Students in grades K-6 are given a tool kit of 100 interlocking blocks, one piece of string, one piece of aluminum foil and one piece of construction paper. They are given 45 minutes to create a "mini-model" of a "commercial" structure of their imagination. Detroit winner, 2nd grader Parker Dupree, went on to win NAWIC North Central Region Block Kids.
