LEGO Stores have already started giving out the March 2015 LEGO Store Calendars and we get our first glimpse at all the promotions and events for the month. There are some big thing happening including the release of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes UCS The SHIELD Helicarrier (76042) to the general public. LEGO VIP members will be able to get it from February 17-28. The next biggest promotion for March is the return of Double VIP Points for LEGO VIP members. From March 14-29, you can get $5 for every $50 you spend at LEGO Stores and on [email protected] A lot of new sets from various themes will be available on March 1st including LEGO Speed Champions, LEGO Ninjago, and LEGO Ultra Agents just to name a few. From March 1-20, you can get a FREE LEGO BIONICLE Hero Pack (5002941) with any purchase, while supplies last. The Hero Pack includes a translucent orange mask of fire, buildable Skull Spider, booklet, stickers and poster. The new LEGO Elves sets will be available on March 1st and with any purchase from the theme will get you the LEGO Elves Magic Fire (30259) polybag, while supplies last.
On March 3, the Monthly Mini Model Build will be a Robot. Remember to bring you LEGO Passport to get it stamped. Continuing from February until March 15, LEGO Stores will be holding a LEGO DUPLO Building event. This will be a cool event for the younger kids. From March 15-April 26, there’s a LEGO BIONICLE Target Game event at LEGO Stores. You can build some of the characters from the line and test your shooting skills. From March 16-April 19, you can check play with some of the LEGO Elves sets at the LEGO Store. On March 21 & 28, the LEGO Club Meetings will be building the Robot from the Monthly Mini Build event. So if you missed out on March 3, the meetings are a second chance to get one. Registration is $10 per child. Finally, if you have the 2015 LEGO Wall Calendar, there’s a coupon that you can redeem for a FREE Build-A-Minifigure set with any purchase. If you’re holding back on particular set which will be available in March (such as the Captain America Jet Pursuit (76076) or the Star Wars Rebel Trooper Pack (75164)), then you may want to take advantage of these Double VIP points. March 7-8: VIP Promotional Monthly Mini Build is the Platypus (40241). /Minibuild-Registration starting February 15. March 12-14: Bring in your little one for LEGO Duplo building inspiration. Drop into the LEGO Store before 1PM during these dates for 10 minutes of DUPLO inspiration. Just for attending, visitors will receive a special DUPLO set and inspiration guide. March 16-31: FREE LEGO DUPLO My First Fish (30323) with any DUPLO purchase, while supplies last.
Limited one per customer only. March 17-31: VIPs get early access to an exclusive LEGO set that were teased a couple of days ago in China’s LEGO March Store Calendar. It is expected that this D2C set will be a pirate ship based on LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (71042). The sweet deal is that the calendar announcement seems to hint on more than one exclusive direct-to-consumer set so this is something that we will keep our eye on. March 18 & 25: Join the LEGO Life Meeting where LEGO Life users may share their building skills with other like-minded builders and learn how to build April mini-model. This event has limited space with a registration fee of $10 per child. Open to all kids ages 6-14 and registration begins February 1. March 14, 21 & 28: Technic Tuesdays. Visitors and guests have a chance to learn and build a Technic set together with a Brick Specialist. By participating in this event, store visitors are eligible to receive 10% off on one LEGO Technic set retailing at $49.99 or more.
