The Flash, Star Labs Official LEGO Comments 1 Last Updated 1 month ago. Click "Updates" above to see the latest. With the ever increasing world of Lego Super Heroes, a fair few people are starting to ask for sets based on the CW's ever popular TV programs such as Arrow and The Flash. (myself included :P )

With that in mind, I wanted to create a set based on "The Flash" based on the headquarters of "Team Flash" in Star Labs. While I appreciate it is not 100% screen accurate, I've tried to capture the set so that it is easily recognisable while keeping it to a realistic and simple scale of 700 pieces. (I would've liked to add more lab equipment or the treadmill, although if I come up with something that fits in I may add it) The front is made up of the team's work station and lab from where they communicate with Barry as he race's around Central City, while the "Reverse" side hides Harrison Well's secret... ;) The minifigs line up include... Barry Allen, Cisco Ramon, Caitlin Snow, Harrison Wells, The Flash, Reverse Flash, Gideon (mini) Please note that I've finally figured out how to render my LDD images, however I've yet to gain the tools for creating my own decals and prints, so I'd appreciate it if people would to bare in mind. that ideally little details such as the monitor displays and mini-fig's would be consistent to how they look on the show with either printed pieces or stickers :)

Star Labs title/logo would be printed along the front of the desk The monitors would have details related to the program (grodd escape etc) Cisco's cup would either be a Jitter's Coffee cup or a Slurpee style cup Both the Flash & Reverse Flash's costumes would resemble that of the show Barry Allen's Torso would be of his Star Lab's sweatshirt Harrison Wells would have a double sided face, one with glasses and the other with red eyes The Newspaper would show the Flash Vanish headline from the show If you're a fan of the show or know people who are please feel free to support/share this as I think it would make a great addition to the Super hero theme and hopefully open the gate for more CW/DC sets :) Any feedback is welcome. Enter the characters you see below Sorry, we just need to make sure you're not a robot. Have again been playing around with different ideas and come up with a cleaner and more accurate looking design for the Reverse Flash's suit chamber :) Update to the treadmill and desk I've tweeked the Treadmill slightly to give it a less blocky look to the monitor display and a closer shape to how it appears on the show :) I've also played around with the desk, coming up with a design for how it looks in season two where the glass panels are removed and replaced with a metal bar around the front... also included a couple of more features in with a couple of lamps and speakers Just a bit of fun :D So the introduction of some new guys to LEGO dimensions allow you to open up a lil Easter egg, here's a pic to say how awesome it is ;D Made a simple improvement to the newspaper article projection in the Time-Vault which makes it look a lot better and more like a hologram projection and is also easily removable  :) Finally have a physical build :)

Finally been able to get most of the required pieces to make a physical build :) There's still a number of pieces which are place holders due to not being avaliable in the desired colours or prints (trans blue for newspaper, trans clear for desk) I require a trans plate for the roof above the flash suit (so light can shine down on it) Here's a quick video previewing the working Treadmill build  :) I'm only really missing the desired stickers/printed pieces to complete overall look (something I'm unable to do) 1500 within 2 months :D Thank you to everyone who's supported so far, I never thought it would progress this quickly I have been working on a physical build, however I'm still missing a large number of pieces... but from what I do have and what I've used as substitutes, I can say its coming along nicely and everything works :D I've even been able to review and spot a few things I missed on LDD and fine tweak/modify some bits, without changing the overall look of this build, has also resulted in the piece count dropping from 839 to 785!

(which also includes adding a minifig for Gideon that can be swapped over with the newspaper display) Here's the treadmill build with substituted plates. hopefully I'll have the bits I ordered to build a physical model this week, depending how long the post guys have off for Easter... In the mean time this is what I have so far :) I've actually modified the desk from the original design slightly which has resulted it in being a lot more sturdy while also reducing the piece count by about 10 :) (while it has the right pieces, some are not in the desirable colours due to not being available so have placeholders, eg clear trans for the top curves) Here's a quick video I've put together to place on YouTube, it includes a new image of a modification I've made to the Cortex desk which has made it more sturdy and reduced the piece count by around 10 :) Here's an updated image of the full design :) I doubt that I would include any more to it, as it now sits at 839 pieces (including the minifigs)

After a number of requests here's the Treadmill! While I really like the outcome of the design I'm still on the fence about its inclusion to the set, purely because of its 100 piece count bumping up the total number of piece from 733 to 838 I've also got round to including some screen displays, again due to the lack of graphic creation tools these are only rough ideas of how it would look :) Wells's secret room update I've made a few slight adjustments to Well's secret room... I've added the Ring socket on the suit display from which Harrison Well's uses to get his suit inside the Flash ring he wears :) Made a Print/Sticker for the LEGO newspaper piece that shows the timeline newspaper Wells uses to track the changes to the future from Gideon I've also updated the look of the Hologram to look a little cleaner by removing the 1x1 bricks and replacing them with rounder/smoother looking pieces Here's an updated design for what I've been able to do with the mini-fig selection :D

The figs decals aren't perfect but gives a rough idea of how they'd look. I've updated Barry's hair from the original images which turned out lighter during rendering, it now has a closer resemblance to the character in the show :) The flash costume is a slightly tweeked version of a decal I found via Google that is very close to the design of the show . Final design would pretty much be a similar design Also shout out to Emmett113 for his great call on using the new Superman piece for Harrison Wells, it really suits the character well, unfortunately it's not a piece available on LDD so I can't include it in the image, however would be my choice for a physical figure Reverse Flash - update Here's my design for the Reverse Flash, please bare in mind that I don't have the likes of photoshop so this isn't exactly how I'd like it, tho close enough to give a good idea :D Another image of the build from LDD Been struggling to source the bricks to build, mainly the Trans bricks and Earth Blue.
