8689 Toa Tahu is a BIONICLE set released in July 2008. He is one of the Mistika. It contains Tahu in his adaptive armour form, with a Nynrah Ghostblaster, four jet rockets for speed, a rotating blade, and the Mask of Shielding. The mask has changed form, along with the rest of Tahu's armour, to become more aerodynamic. It is Tahu's third appearance in a set. He was shown combining with 8945 Solek for more power, though this was only to advertise the connection feature, and was not shown in the story. He is a Toa of Fire. The set is also included in K8688 BIONICLE Mistika Collection. Toa Tahu moves fast and strikes hard in the swamp of Karda Nui! He's got four powerful jet rockets for speed, plus a Nynrah ghost blaster, rotating blade, and Mask of Shielding for combat. He's ready to lead his team to victory over the Brotherhood of Makuta!
