By overcoming the obstacles, the boy, Yo, is taken on a journey to try and deliver Papo from his addiction and subsequent violent behavior. Not only is the story immensely touching and immersive, but it also provides a platform where the player becomes empowered through the progress he makes. Games can be a medium where players experience challenges on multiple levels, and beating those challenges are extremely satisfying.
