The LEGO Movie Videogame - 1 year 2 months ago In The Old West hub area, a group of three brothers, known as the Cooper brothers, have robbed the bank and took off with one piece of gold each. The player must find all three brothers. Once found, they will immediately surrender and drop the gold. The player must then pick up the gold and bring it back to the safe by the bank on the left side of the map. Completing this will result in a Red Brick being unlocked. One of the brothers is located in a toilet block on one of the buildings. To find it, from where you spawn in the hub, you should see a building with a gold wall some distance in front of you. The toilet block is on this building. You'll need an agile character to latch onto the ledge and get up onto the building, and then someone who can attach to Grapple Point to get the door off the toilet block. The LEGO Movie Videogame Wiki Guide The Piece of Resistance - 3 years ago There are 20 Red Bricks to be found in The LEGO Movie Videogame, five in each of the four hub worlds: Bricksburg, The Old West, Cloud Cuckoo Land and The Octan Tower. When found and purchased, each Red Brick unlocks a cheat in the Extras menu such as stud multipliers and invincibility. Collect 3 Instruction Pages and use the Instruction Build Pad. Head to the park in the residential area and smash a tree to reveal a Master Builder spot. Use it to build something new out of the two manned stands and archway (make sure you didn't smash them; exit the hub world and return if you did) and the Red Brick will appear. Use the secret knock spot by the wall on the building across from the police station. Open it up and head inside. Smash the boxes and build a ledge out of the resulting bricks. Walk across and use the crane. Drop down and fix the crane. An object will be flung to the fountain square. Head to the fountain square and push the object to the pedestal in front of the fountain.
The Red Brick will appear nearby. Find all five of Mrs. Scratchen-Post's missing cats. One of the buildings is on fire. Use a character with an extinguisher to put out the fires. Startle five birds off their perches. It's on the roof of the green building to the right of the bank. Go to the bank and you'll be tasked with finding three robbers and bringing back each one's gold bar. Open three Uni-Kitty Jack-in-the-Boxes. Launch three fireworks with the firestarter panels (use explosives or Lady Liberty). Blow up the silver wall in the main area. Just inside is a Master Build Spot you can use to create some stairs. Run up, cross the rope with an agility character (or fly) and you'll find the Red Brick in the room at the top. Destroy the gold wall in the main area with a laser. Inside you'll find an area with three groups of spinnable panels. Spin the panels so that they make a picture matching the nearby object. Each panel will emit a small firework when it's in the correct position. Build five grapple points and use them to yank down five signs.
Once you've accessed the room containing the Invincibility Red Brick, head back to the room with the Hub Portal and use Green Lantern to build with the pile of green LEGO bricks. Have Lord/President Business operate the new machine to give him Long Legs. Walk over and hit the red switch on the wall. This will disable the red lasers blocking your way to the Red Brick. Fly up to the second level of the hallway. Use the terminal to open the door of the room with the Red Brick. Build three dance pads out of rainbow LEGO bricks. Locate the upper area with the three usable terminals (as found when going for the Regenerate Hearts Red Brick). One will open the door to a room with a game show wheel in it. Making these Red Bricks (Plus other collectibles) much easier to gather.*Red Brick: 2x Multiplier (250,000 studs)Location: It is found in the “Bricksburg” Free Roam open world hub area of Lego City. The easiest way to do this is by using Superman, but it can also be done by using Unikitty to make a jumping platform near the Police station. Yet, it's best reached by flying to the base of the yellow industrial crane. Then switch from Superman to Emmet to activate the crane to throw the missing fountain piece next to the fountain. Finally, you’ll have to move the loose fountain piece into place on the other side of the fountain to make the Red Brick appear.Red Brick: 4x Multiplier (500,000 studs)Location: “The Old West” Free Roam open world hub area of Lego City. You’ll have to complete a mission to unlock this red brick.
Go talk to the banker Clarence, he’ll tell you he got robbed by the Cooper brothers. Find all 3 brothers and take the 3 bars of gold back to the bank safe next to Clarence.1) The 1st robber is hiding in the horse barn directly left of Clarence and his bank safe. Change your character to the Demolition Guy, who can throw firebombs onto the right side of the wooden horse barn to set it afire. Then the doors will open as the horses run away from the fire, revealing the first robber.2) The 2nd robber is in the Saloon. Vitruvius (Old) can do his secret knock to open the door at the top of the green stairs.3) The 3rd robber is on rooftop toilet, which you can get to by going right from the Saloon rooftop across the other rooftops until you get there. Switch to Batman to use his grapple to open the toilet door.Red Brick: 6x Multiplier (1,000,000 studs)Location: “Cloud Cuckoo Land” Free Roam open world hub area of Lego City. At the central plaza with the yellow floor in the middle, look around until you see a golden wall/door that looks shiny like a mirror.
Switch to a character with laser ability like Benny or Superman in order to use his or her laser to destroy the golden wall. Go inside and jump across the two rotating platforms to reach the third platform where you need to solve a puzzle.On that newly discovered platform, you’ll have to complete a series of three 3-piece puzzles where the picture in the background has to match the 3 pieces you can rotate to line them up. Firework sparks will indicate when you’ve been successful (and each of the actual Lego creations will fall from the sky), and after all three puzzles are done the red brick will appear in front of you.Red Brick: 8x Multiplier (2,500,000 studs)Location: “Octan Tower” in Encon Headquarters. There is a spinning game show wheel you will have to spin & land on the red brick icon to get to it. In the back of the building, go upstairs to the second floor and there are three computers right next to the windows that you have to access; one of them opens the doors downstairs.
The doors downstairs is how you get in to the room where you can replay the Broadcast News, where the red brick is.Red Brick: 10x Multiplier (5,000,000 studs)Location: “Bricksburg” Free Roaming area. *** The story mode must be completed for this missions completion. Since you will need Lord Business or President Business in the last step of the mission.***- The 1st cat is at the Train Station – You’ll need Benny or a robot to hack.- The 2nd cat is on the Balcony near Cat Lady.- The 3rd cat is on the Balcony near Cat Lady. – Needs Batman to access. Tip: If this cat disappears on you, you can smash the balcony without Batman and since the cat is so close to the Cat Lady it will sometimes go back to her.- The 4th cat is in the Outhouse behind a secret knock door. You’ll need Vitruvius to access the area behind the door. — Unikitty’s build of the rainbow bricks by the police station makes a launcher that takes you to the 4th cat in the same area as the secret knock door.- The 5th cat is in the Station Dining Area once the door is opened by pressing the big red button up high on the right side of the building.
