It is another great lego video game, Lego Pirates and Star Wars are our other favorites! HOWEVER, there are so many glitches in this game that we were unable to finish. All it takes is one serious glitch and it dominoes on down to being unable to obtain all the gold or red bricks, all the character etc. I was very disappointed after experiencing great fun with all the other games of this type. Seems like this game was thrown together quickly. It was very short compared to all the other similar games and many less things to do and get accomplished.

The packaging was typical of a refurb, plain but tailored made to securely protect the item in transit. There were slight signs of the item not being new but honestly no different than maybe 2-3 weeks of normal ownership so I don't feel that I lost anything other than the new product smell. Came completely blank with no signs of previous ownership such as saves and usernames. Starting it up for the first time felt like I was the first one to do so. The controller is an original Sony but felt a little sticky in the button action. After some use it seemed to have freed it up a bit. Overall I am happy and satisfied with the purchase. It is only Limited Software Emulator for ps2 and ps1 games. What this means is its is NOT GUARENTEED to play every game, ONLY SOME. How do I know this? simple - there's 2 things a ps2 needs to be backwards compt. 1 - 4 USB Ports. All backwards compatible PS3s are "fat," but not all fat PS3s are backwards compatible. If you have a fat PS3, check the number of USB ports on the front of the PS3. If the PS3 has four USB ports, it is backwards compatible. If it has two USB ports, it cannot play PS2 discs. 2. Look at the serial number. Find the sticker on the back of your PS3. The last digits will inform you as to whether you have full hardware backwards compatibility, or limited software emulation: •CECHAxx (60 GB) and CECHBxx (20 GB) - Full hardware backwards compatibility.
•CECHCxx (60 GB) and CECHExx (80 GB) - Limited software emulation. You may run into issues with some PS2 discs. •CECHGxx and above - These models are not backwards compatible. This is a CECHE model, so its NOT FULLY Backwards Compatible, ONLY Limited Emulation. If you look at some of the reviews and comments below you'll notice some people stating they have some problems with some of their games, regardless of game disk condition. NOW - with that being said, I want to make it clear im NOT CALLING THE SELLER I LIAR or wanting to cause any fights or issues (the seller may truly not know himself). Simply want to advised and educate possible buyers to do the appropriate research before shelling out almost $200 on a system to play their beloved game but cant.
