It contains a tram, a white and lime green bus, an orange street sweeper, a yellow sports car, two stops and a kiosk. It contains six minifigures and a green bike. This set was picked by fans for release. It is recommended for children aged 6 through to 12. The tram is unique to this set, and it bends at two separate points. It has enough seats to seat all the minifigures included in the set. The tram can also be used on LEGO train tracks. The bus is slightly bigger than the one in 7641 City Corner, and is lime green and white in colouring and has "City Transport" stickers on the back. The street sweeper has room for one minifigure, and is a slightly different colour and shape to the previous versions. There are many stickers in this set, including a map showing the route the tram takes and a timetable for the tram.

Is this train compatible with these Lego City tracks? I see where it's more of an electric trolly and if it's not track compatible, is it at least wheeled? It uses train wheels which means it should work on Lego track.

LEGO Building Instructions lookup It is designed to handle curves that are found on CITY track. Here is the detail from middle car. There is tongue and groove that allows the middle wheels to slide left and right to enable curves. I will post a video of a powered train pushing it, if needed. To a degree, Yes. The tram works well on straight pieces of track. It doesn't look like the tram was designed to be used with CITY track. The wheel axles are fixed to one point so they cannot navigate curved pieces of track easily. A simple modification should be able to fix this. The wheel used are smaller than regular train wheels and are usually never used in train sets; but more for smaller train-like stuff (Spider-Man metro, Indiana Jones mine cart, track buggy, track maintenance vehicles...) So they will work on regular track, but their smaller size mean they're more likely to derail, and they have more friction around the axle than normal train wheels. Straight track is definitely OK, curves will presumably be good too, but be careful around switches.

In any case, a lot of fans use the same wheel to build their own trams, and some even manage to motorize them.Browse other questions tagged compatibility city trains or ask your own question.Awesome RocketAwesome LegosAmazing LegoShuttle LaunchCity ShuttleShuttle SetLaunch AwesomeBuilding LegosLaunch SpaceForwardDon't Step On the LEGOs — (via Giant LEGO City set to launch Space Shuttle... This is a list of Lego City sets (also previously known as Legoland, Lego Town and Lego World City). A very small subtheme of Town, Houses incorporated older sets of houses and buildings, like 6592 Vacation Hideaway into a new subtheme. However, the theme was the only 1991 subtheme not to continue another year. Launch Command was released in 1995 as a Lego Town subtheme. It was the first dedicated Lego theme that attempted to depict real-life contemporary efforts of space exploration. Prior to the theme's official launch in 1995, two sets were released in preceding years that are considered predecessors to the theme.

Space Shuttle Launch, released in 1990, featured NASA logo, unlike subsequent releases. Shuttle Launching Crew, released in 1992, featured the characteristic "V" pattern seen on Launch Command sets released in 1995. The two shuttles released in 1995 were in fact labeled "2" and "3", leading one to believe that shuttle 1 was contained in 6346 Shuttle Launching Crew. Space Port was released four years after Launch Command and is often seen as a continuation of that theme due to its similar logo and status as a Lego Town Subtheme. Space Port took the Launch Command concept and expanded upon it into new areas such as astronaut training and scientific experiments. The Space Port theme took a slightly less realistic approach to set design compared to Launch command, and some sets featured special Light & Sound bricks to enhance playability. Space (City) is the third attempt at depicting contemporary efforts in space. The theme was preceded by Shuttle Adventure, which was released in 2010 under the Lego Exclusives line to coincide with the retirement of the Space Shuttle.
