- 1 year 1 month ago LEGO City: Undercover features Nintendo items to collect and well-hidden Nintendo franchise references, such as Bob-ombs and ? These are also known as "Easter eggs." This page collects information on these items and documents their location. To blow up the cage, turn to a rock behind it with two boxes of firework boxes at the bottom. Smash them and the Bob-omb pieces will come out for you to build. Build it and carry it to the cage and you will collect the token. Get close to one of the cannons located at the 4 corners of central palace (the one with flags at the front). The Warp Pipe can be found in the walled courtyard in Downtown. You need to go inside, and there will be a box with an orange handle there that can only be opened by Rex Fury. Build it and go inside to unlock Lady Liberty island. You can find different Mario block locations throughout LEGO City. The first one is found at Apollo Island behind the hangars at the runway. The second one is on the support beams (the posts holding it up) of Auburn Bay Bridge.

The third one is simply found at the docks at the Pagoda. The last one is found upon completing the Free Run at Bluebell National Park via the power plant. Collecting all blocks unlocks the Super Wrestler. Cheep Cheep:  You can catch a Cheep Cheep from the Super Mario series while fishing at the Crescent Park Wharf.  The Cheep Cheep has a boxy NintendoLand style. Another couple of Cheep Cheep can be found in the aquarium in the Crescent Park tunnels. Epona: All around Lego city, you will see busses driving around that, like all vehicles, is driveable. Hijack the bus, and you will see that the busses are named after Link's trusty steed Epona, from the Legend of Zelda. Piranha Plant:  Go behind the Dojo to find this Mario reference: Wiggler:  Can be found on top of the exit to one of the train tunnels: Wear Mario's Hat: In Downtown, look for an orange-handled box inside the circular area, then build the warp pipe to Lady Liberty Island. Once there, look for the blue flag pole and climb to the top, then walk over to the statue's base.

Teleport up to the top and use the Firefighter to put out the torch's fire. Finally, slide down the tight rope from the top to grab the brick. Drop down to the exercise room after Frank Honey takes the elevator rather than following him. After 20 minutes, there is a small chance that he will yell out the iconic game over Snake?! scream from most Metal Gear games.
