Will designs all of the custom weapons, and his wife and their three sons are all involved in various aspects of the business. Currently BrickArms produces over 100 different LEGO minifig weapons, accessories, weapon packs and custom minifigs. QUALITY: Will uses a 3D parametric modeling program, which produces CAD files.
A mold-maker then uses these files to program a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) milling machine to cut cavities into both halves of the mold. When the cavities are ready, Will uses an expensive injection molding machine to inject hot ABS plastic (the same plastic used by LEGO) into the mold with 90 tons of pressure. Once the ABS cools, the mold-halves are separated, and out pops the weapon or accessory. You can’t ask for better quality and precision that this! MOLD DETAIL: Will puts great effort into designing each weapon as authentic as possible, yet fitting with the style of LEGO. The result is instantly recognizable weapons and accessories comfortable in the hands of LEGO minifigs! COLORS: BrickArms accessories are available in several LEGO-compatible colors. Accessories and weapons in black, dark-gray, gunmetal, silver and tan match LEGO colors perfectly. In addition, some really special colors are also available on a limited basis, like chrome-silver and camo. PRODUCTS: BrickArms main focus is on WWII and other modern weapons. H
