You can expect the same great production values, humor and gameplay we have come to expect from the Lego series. Lego Batman 2 is the best game in the Lego series so far, and it brings Superman into the story to fight evil alongside Batman and Robin. Great for adults and kids, the Lego games are excellent mixes of action and puzzle solving. Lego Batman 2 is no exception, but brings fantastic voice acting to the series as well. Lego Batman 2's gameplay is easy to pick up, with plenty of variety. You can play cooperatively as Batman and Robin or switch between characters when necessary. Both have different abilities, and different suits which give them yet more. It's not difficult, but is hard enough that kids will have to keep on their toes to survive.
The puzzles are well designed, also without being too difficult. Lego Batman 2 introduces an open world structure, Gotham City, but individual stages play just like we're used to in Lego titles. Lego Batman 2 looks great, with all the superheroes and villains animated with tons of humor and character. It's still a lego game, but this looks better than ever. The voice acting is fantastic, and gets the tone just right. There are great jokes throughout, with plenty for all ages to enjoy. Lego Batman 2 is an excellent family video game that's as fun to watch as it is to play. Gotham City's open world design means there's lots to explore and find, and there are lots of characters to unlock and play with. Interactive Entertainment has released information on the first downloadable content for “LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham” — and this time around, TT Games and WBIE are doing something a little bit different from past offerings.
While previous DLC for LEGO games have mostly contained character packs, the three announced content packs for “LEGO Batman 3” contain both characters and bonus scenarios based on Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight,” Zack Snyder’s “Man of Steel” and a celebratory campaign for Batman’s 75th Anniversary, with new characters, vehicles and levels to come in three more DLC packs. While “The Dark Knight” pack, the “Man of Steel” pack and the Batman 75th anniversary pack will all release on November 11 at $2.99 a piece, for the first time, Warner Bros. Interactive is offering a season pass for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, which will contain all six DLC packs, for $14.99. The Dark Knight Pack (available 11/11/14): Experience the heart-pounding chase scene from the iconic film complete with cool vehicles and explosive action. Play as the legendary Dark Knight and Commissioner Gordon, as well as the Joker and his goons as they chase down Harvey Dent’s police escort.

Man of Steel Pack (available 11/11/14): Help Jor-El, his wife Lara and their robot Kelex send the infant Superman “Kal-el” into space towards the safety of Earth as Krypton falls into chaos. Find a way inside Jor-El’s home, fight General Zod’s invading forces and battle against Zod himself to save Superman. Batman 75th Pack (available 11/11/14): Play as Joker and Harley, setting up a variety of celebration set pieces. Be the Batman and play as some of the most iconic faces of Batman through the years, including his first appearance in Detective Comics #27. Access to Future DLC Content: Gain access to three additional game packs, featuring new playable characters, vehicles and levels.
