nightwing / Feb. 24, 2017 Nightwing Movie in the Works From LEGO Batman Director The Accountant's Bill Dubuque is reportedly writing the script. LEGO Batman filmmaker Chris McKay is in talks to direct a Nightwing live-action film. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. wants to expand the DC Extended Universe with the Batman-centric character, who's also known as Dick Grayson or the first Robin. Nightwing hasn't been seen so far in any of the films, though one Robin was apparently killed by the Joker as part of the backstory in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The Accountant scribe Bill Dubuque is reportedly working on the Nightwing screenplay. Warner Bros. is releasing Wonder Woman and Justice League, with Aquaman and The Flash films planned for the future. In fact, we have compiled every upcoming DC Extended Universe movie. Now this isn't the only notable DC movie news. Warner Bros. also just announced that Dawn of the Planet of the Apes filmmaker Matt Reeves will direct The Batman.

After last week’s announcement on the official releases for the finale to their “Arkham” trilogy of video games, Rocksteady and WB Games today expanded on the particulars of how “Batman: Arkham Knight” will work to entertain gamers after its initial mission is completed. On the game’s official Facebook page, WB Games revealed the full slate of features that will come with “Arkham Knights” deluxe Season Pass edition, saying, “While the story of Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham Trilogy will come to a close on June 23, we are excited to continue telling stories and delivering more content to explore and play through in the 6 months following the game’s release. We’ll be building more narrative, more missions, more challenges and more characters and vehicles that we want players to experience, even though they didn’t fit into the storyline of ‘Batman: Arkham Knight.'” As such, the publisher revealed the following slate of additional features set to hit across the six months.
