In an attempt to draw publicity to himself, Meach set up a water tank on a sidewalk in Metropolis and drove off a building. Unbeknownst to Meach, the Tank was leaking, and Meach would have died if not for the intervention of Superman . The Man of Steel, upon hearing of Meach's misfortunes, obtained a job for him at the Superman Museum, where Meach was employed as a custodian. Meach's bitterness did not subside, and being surrounded by artifacts and mementoes of Superman's career directed his anger toward Superman. One night, as Meach was sweeping in front of a series of statuettes depicting the Legion of Super-Heroes, a bolt of lightning passed through an open window and struck the display.

The statuettes, which were actually miniature lifeless duplicates of the Legionnaires, unleashed an energy blast that struck Meach. Meach discovered that he was endowed with the combined powers of the Legion members. Determined to defeat Superman, Batman, and Robin, Meach used his shapeshifting power to turn his skin green and form a costume that was half Superman's, half Batman's. Calling himself Composite Superman, Meach told the heroes that if he was not allowed to join their team, he would expose their secret identities, which he learned via telepathy. The Composite Superman then created situations for Superman or Batman to handle, but which he intentionally sabotaged to humiliate the heroes. When Superman and Batman deduced Meach's evil intentions, the Composite Superman forced the team to retire or he would expose their identities. The World's Finest heroes soon discovered that the Composite Superman intent was to rule the world. Although they were unable to defeat Meach, who used his vast array of powers to keep the duo at bay, the Composite Superman was defeated when his charge of powers turned out to be temporary.

Meach reverted to human form with no knowledge of his activities as the Composite Superman. Composite Superman re-appeared a few years later, in World's Finest Comics #168 (August 1967). An alien villain named Xan came to Earth to avenge his dead father, a criminal who was captured and imprisoned by Superman and Batman. Xan studied the Composite Superman and decided to restore Meach's powers by recreating the accident that endowed him with superpowers. The Composite Superman soon captured Superman and Batman and tried to kill the team. Meach's power wore off before he could accomplish though, and soon Xan appeared explaining why he wanted Superman and Batman to die. Xan then fired a lethal energy blast at the heroes but a remorseful Meach intercepted the blast, killing him instantly. In terms of abilities and raw power, the Composite Superman was one of the most powerful enemies Superman and Batman ever faced. The Composite Superman possessed numerous special powers derived from various Legion members:

In addition to all of Superman's powers (derived from Supergirl), the Composite Superman' strength and invulnerability levels were three times as powerful as Superman's because Legionnaires Mon-El and Ultra Boy were invulnerable and possessed super-strength.This upcoming LEGO-filled year is going to be filled with some really, really strange sets. The January – June catalog (the German version) for LEGO has been released and it’s packed with Avengers: Age of Ultron, new DC and Marvel Comics sets, and Star Wars. Don’t expect to see any Star Wars: The Force Awakens sets quite yet as the film is set to be released in December, but feel free to get pumped about the inordinate amount of Stormtroopers coming in multiple sets in the first quarter of the year. In April you’ll see the Avengers sets begin to drop in full force. One set includes Iron Man vs Ultron. Another includes the new Hulk (not the cartoony Hulk from previous sets) fighting the Iron Man Hulkbuster. Yet another set includes the Avengers righting Hydra in some snappy looking vehicles – another has the Avengers fighting Hydra near a castle-like building.

There’s a set made for the Avengers Quinjet, and a major set that includes the Avengers Tower. DC comics sets include a Darkseid battle – the first appearance of that massive fellow, Green Arrow, and Hawkman. If you’re itching to have Batman fight Iron Man, you’ll be able to roll with a new Gorilla Grodd set – Batman’s mech is included. That same set has Wonder Woman’s Invisible Jet. What more could you want? DC comics is blowing up this next season with new figures for the following: • Super Jumper Superman • Super Jumper Space Batman • Super Jumper Batman The Star Wars Microfighters collection will add on a Homing Spider Droid, AT-AT (super tiny!), Vulture Droid, Snowspeeder, Republic Gunship, and ARC-170 Starfighter. Also coming in January are four new troop-related sets. You’ll find a Senate Commando set with four blue troops , Geonosis Troopers with some orange clones, Shadow Troopers with shiny stormtroopers and some extra-black Shadow Stormtroopers, and a lovely Imperial Troop Transport from Star Wars Rebels.

More troops than you’ll know what to do with. Finally you’ll be able to live your dream of owning a whole legion of troops. Drops will be beginning in just a few weeks.LEGO Jurassic World is a video game in which the player can play through the stories of the first four Jurassic Park movies. It is developed by Traveller's Tales and was released on June 12th, 2015. Like most LEGO games made by Traveller's Tales players are able to collect studs, with silver being the lowest denomination at 10, then gold ones at 100, blue ones with 1,000 and finally purple being the highest and rarest stud with 10,000 value. Both humans and dinosaurs are playable with each having their own unique abilities, such as Ellie Sattler being able to grow trees, as well as dig through dinosaur dung.[3] Outside of being a playable character, Mr. DNA provides players with useful information and educational facts. As stated above, players are able to play through the four Jurassic Park films, with each film divided into five levels.

Outside of the story mode, Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna serve as game hubs.[4] Players will be able to play as dinosaurs by finding amber bricks in every level of the story mode. These Paleo-DNA strains can also be mixed and matched to create genetic hybrids with different skin colors and variations. Another collectable encountered in each level are "Minikits" with ten in each level. When all minikits in a level are collected, they unlock a dinosaur skeleton. Common to all LEGO games, red bricks can be found as well. They provide the player(s) with cheats when activated, such as one red brick that allows characters to be the size of compys. -Prologue (includes Raptor delivery and Montana dig-site) The Lost World: Jurassic Park -Isla Sorna (includes preparation in garage before expedition) -Welcome to Jurassic World (includes Raptor training and Indominus Rex escape) The story follows the events of the four Jurassic Park films, but in a more lighthearted manner. No characters are killed, with death scenes being altered to show them merely injured or miraculously escaping death.

The game was also developed with many comedic and humorous overtones like other film-themed Lego titles. After completing the stories of all 4 films, a cutscene will play showing Ellie and Alan uncovering a purple keystone, hinting towards the next LEGO game (which features Jurassic World content), LEGO Dimensions. There are over 100 playable characters ingame. There is a total of 20 playable dinosaurs. In between levels, Mr. DNA will give facts about Dinosaurs, during which he mentions or talks about many of the dinosaurs in Jurassic World, but also Seismosaurus, Megalosaurus, Microraptor, and Suchomimus. Also, during the level "Main Street Showdown", a statue of a dinosaur is seen, which was used as Coelophysis in another LEGO Dino line. None of these dinosaurs are playable though. There was a teaser for the LEGO Jurassic World game in LEGO's previous game LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. At some point during the credits, the ground starts shaking and the Jurassic Park theme is played.
