- 2 years 3 months ago Every LEGO game is chock-full of Collectibles and LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is no exception. There are 250 Gold Bricks to find in LEGO Batman. You can find five in each of the 16 story missions. For each level, you'll earn a Gold Brick when you: 16 levels times 5 Gold Bricks per level equals 80 Gold Bricks. The other 170 can be found in the various Hub Areas by exploring the environments, completing quests, finishing races, rescuing Adam West, and completing the VR Missions (accessible in the Batcave and Watchtower). There are 10 Minikits hidden in each of the game's 16 story missions. Some can be picked up your first time through but most cannot be obtained until you return in Free Play mode where you'll have access to any of the characters you've unlocked. Check our Walkthrough for the location of each Minikit. Each Red Brick represents a cheat. These can multiply the number of Studs you collect, point out where collectibles are hiding, or give your character a goofy pair of glasses.

Four of the game's 20 Red Bricks are available to purchase in the Batcave or Watchtower's Trophy Room from the start of the game but the rest will have to be found in the main story missions. Check our Walkthrough to find the Red Brick in each level or this page to see a list of cheats. You will unlock a slew of characters simply by playing through the main story but there are dozens upon dozens more you can unlock for purchase by finding their Character Tokens. You'll find three hidden in each level and dozens more scattered about the various Hub Areas. You can also earn Character Tokens by completing quests in the Hub Areas and VR Missions in the Batcave or Watchtower. There are also a fair amount of Vehicles to collect. Vehicle Tokens can be found in the various Hub Areas and are given as rewards for completing some of the VR Missions. To reach Oa, complete the Green Lootern's "Permission to Launch" Quest in the Watchtower to enter the Moon Base. From there, you'll need 30 Gold Bricks and have completed one of the Lantern planet levels to construct the portal that will send you to Oa.

The portal itself can be found outside the Moon Base. You can reach it through the vent inside the base or by simply walking outside and looking for it. Vertical columns of light will point out the location of every collectible. Shatter the glass crystals behind the entry portal with a sonar attack then dig in the dirt underneath to unearth the bricks needed to build a Spinner. Push the green side to open the small building next to you and grab the Gold Brick inside. Destroy the gold lock on the building pictured above to open the door then send in Robin's Toy Wonder to access the Techno Terminal inside. There are three power supplies powering the laser grid protecting the Gold Brick. Bust the nearby green crystals and charge the Electricity Terminal behind them to turn one off. Next, use a stealth character to sneak in the nearby building and throw the switch inside to turn off another. Finally, use a giant character to bust through the cracked ground and step on the button underneath to deactivate the laser barrier.

Destroy the green crystals at the base of the spire pictured above and build a Techno Terminal out of its remains. Use the terminal then hop up the platforms (or fly) to the first switch and pull it. Work your way up, pulling switches as you go until you reach another Techno Terminal. Use it and a box on a nearby platform will open up. It's a Gold Brick! You'll find a plastic tunnel on top of one of the spires. Shrink The Atom (or use the Mini Characters cheat) and send him in the open end. Work your way down the tunnel, hitting the buttons as you come to them to clear a path. Step on the button at the end and it will open a nearby container. Exit the plastic tunnel and collect your Gold Brick. Did you want to try out those vehicles you've been collecting? This is the place to do it. There are 12 races on Oa and each one awards a Gold Brick. Use projectile attacks on the three targets around the building. Each time you hit a target, one of the torches will lite. When all three are lit, the building will open.

Equip a Hazard Suit before heading in to collect the Character Token. Find the small building surrounded by three torches. Extinguish the flames and the front door will open. Send in a character with super strength (like Superman) to smash a hole in the cracked floor to uncover a button. Step on the button and collect the Character Token. Use a character with the 'sense' ability to detect a set of footprints. Follow them to another 'sense' spot. Keep following footprints until you come to a dirt mound. Dig in the dirt to uncover a chest with a gold lock. Use a laser to bust the lock and interact with the bricks inside to build a Techno Terminal. Use the terminal to open a nearby container housing the Character Token. In a canyon you'll find five rocks shaped like chickens. Destroy them all within the time limit to earn a Vehicle Token. On top of one of the tall spires is a swarm of bats. Use someone with the 'sense' ability to detect a button on the floor. Step on it and the nearby structure will open up revealing a switch.

Pull the switch and another will open up. Blow up the silver box inside with an explosive attack and interact with the resulting bricks to build a Spinner. Push the green side and a Vehicle Token is yours. - 1 year 7 months ago The Batcave is big and there are Gold Bricks, Character Tokens and Quests all over the place. We've divided it up into sections: the Main Room, the Trophy Room, Character Customizer, Lab and Quests. Destroy the five rocks in the water in the bottom right of the Batcave within the time limit. Use Batman with his Dive Suit (or Killer Croc or Aquaman) to get the job done. In the bottom left corner of the Batcave is a small building protected by a security camera. The Character Token is inside. You can get it using a stealth character to bypass the camera or use a character that can dig to dig in the dirt mound nearby. Unearth a few bricks and interact with them to build a switch that will shut off the security camera. Check along the shoreline to the right for a little cave.

Shatter the door with a sonar attack then use a character with the 'sense' ability to detect the gold object inside. Blow it up with a laser and the Character Token is yours. Destroy five blue Batman flags around the Batboat dock within the time limit. Destroy the objects near the Batcomputer and interact with the bricks to build an Electricity Terminal. Remove the charge from that terminal and deposit it in the one on the right to unlock a nearby box with the Character Token. There's a small plastic tunnel at the lower right of the Batcave. Shrink The Atom (or use the Mini Characters cheat) and send him in the entrance on the right side. Hit the buttons in the tunnel to open the gates and make your way to the end where the Character Token is. Adam West is trapped in one of the display cases where the bat costumes are on display. Shatter the case with a sonar attack to release him. Destroy five sandwich boards within the time limit. Smash the chess pieces then interact with their bricks to build new ones.

Smash the object across from the terminal you purchase Red Bricks from and interact with it's bricks to build a switch. Pull the switch and you'll light up one of lights above the nearby container. Now head towards the foreground and drop off the platform. Destroy the objects under the stairs to uncover a button on the floor. Step on it to active a second light. Fly up to the ledge on the upper right, smash the rock and pull the switch behind it to activate the third light. The container will open and the Character Token is yours. Destroy the Batmobile and interact with its bricks to rebuild it into the 1989 movie version. You'll find the Vehicle Token floating above it. Grapple the orange plug on the candle holder next to the portrait of Adam West on the TV studio set on the right side of the room to rescue Adam. Use a sonar attack to shatter the glass object on the upper level then use the Techno Terminal behind it to open a nearby container holding your Gold Brick. Destroy 5 computer consoles.

You can earn a bunch of Gold Bricks, Character Tokens and Vehicle Tokens by completing the VR Missions, accessible from this room. Click here for the VR Mission walkthroughs. Follow Ace and Batgirl around the cave beating up any goons that give you guff. Head to the Character Customizer room and create custom character with a cow hat and cow body. You'll have to purchase these parts before you can use them but they're really cheap. Switch to your new custom character and return to the Lab to talk to Bat-Cow. Smash the crate near Ace and interact with the bricks inside to build a Spinner. Push the green side to save "Timmy" from the well. Head to the Character Customizer and buy a Polar Bear hat and body. Create a custom character with both garments and then show it off to Kevin Smith for your rewards. Bat-Cow has a VR Mission for you. Head through the door, sit in the chair and select the "Churning As We Go" VR Mission. Knock all the bad guys off the platform to win. Once the bad guys are done for, climb to the top of the area to find the exit then make your way back to Bat-Cow for your reward.

Use a character with the 'sense' ability at the nearby swarm of bats to detect a set of footprints. Follow them to another bat swarm and repeat the process until you come to a mound of dirt. Use a character that can dig to unearth a treasure chest. Fry the gold lock with a laser and that another Gold Brick in that bag. Pull the switch by the giant hourglass. Head into the VR Missions room and select the "Bear-fisted Beatdown" mission. The object here is to allow Superboy to smack you silly. When a platform glows red, that's where he'll be attacking so make sure you're standing there. Once you complete the mission, head back to Kevin Smith for your reward. Time for another VR Mission. Head into the VR Missions room and select the "Virtual Insanity" mission. Defeat the bad guys and escort the good guys to the exit. When you're done, return to Kevin Smith for your rewards. Catwoman has stolen Kevin Smith's film reel. Use a character with the 'sense' power in the nearby swarm of bats to detect a trail of studs.
