Batman is back to save Gotham City Play the first part of the new Lego Batman 2 game, the action puzzle game suitable for the whole family. You can expect the same great production values, humor and gameplay we have come to expect from the Lego series. Lego Batman 2 is the best game in the Lego series so far, and it brings Superman into the story to fight evil alongside Batman and Robin. Great for adults and kids, the Lego games are excellent mixes of action and puzzle solving. Lego Batman 2 is no exception, but brings fantastic voice acting to the series as well. Lego Batman 2's gameplay is easy to pick up, with plenty of variety. You can play cooperatively as Batman and Robin or switch between characters when necessary. Both have different abilities, and different suits which give them yet more. It's not difficult, but is hard enough that kids will have to keep on their toes to survive.
The puzzles are well designed, also without being too difficult. Lego Batman 2 introduces an open world structure, Gotham City, but individual stages play just like we're used to in Lego titles. Lego Batman 2 looks great, with all the superheroes and villains animated with tons of humor and character. It's still a lego game, but this looks better than ever. The voice acting is fantastic, and gets the tone just right. There are great jokes throughout, with plenty for all ages to enjoy. Lego Batman 2 is an excellent family video game that's as fun to watch as it is to play. Gotham City's open world design means there's lots to explore and find, and there are lots of characters to unlock and play with. Trials HD and Lego Batman added to Xbox One backwards compatibility Along with Alan Wake's American Nightmare and Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space. Four new Xbox 360 titles have been added to the Xbox One's backwards compatibility library. They include: Trials HD, Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and Lego Batman. Alan Wake's American Nightmare briefly popped up under the backwards compatibility download list on Monday along with Red Dead Redemption, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Left 4 Dead 2, Halo Wars, and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. While those other titles have yet to surface, it suggests they'll be following shortly. As with all backwards compatible Xbox 360 games, you get all the perks of an Xbox One title like Game DVR, screenshots and Windows 10 streaming.
