I attended the gaming preview for LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes and really enjoyed playing the game. I'm excited it's now more widely available in mobile form. He physically appeared in the set 76055 Batman: Killer Croc Sewer Smash, released in summer 2016. Red Hood has a red colored head with angled, white eyes that are surrounded by black ovals. His face is otherwise featureless but has a mirrored line that comes straight down his face until under his eyes where it slants inwards and becomes vertical. He wears a brown jacket that is opened to reveal a tight, grey shirt. He has a black belt above his hips and wears black pants and gloves. He carries dual pistols and has acrobatic, explosive, grapple, and hacking abilities. After Dick Grayson had a fall-out with Batman and left the Robin mantle, Batman discovered Jason Todd trying to steal the Batmobile's wheels.
He gave Jason a chance at a better life and made him Grayson's successor as Robin. However, in an attempt to get to Batman, The Joker kidnapped and seemingly murdered Robin. Years later, Jason was resurrected by Superboy-Prime and returned to Gotham as the Red Hood, a twisted and violent vigilante. Red Hood is a member of the Bat-family which primarily consists of Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Red Robin, Alfred Pennyworth, Batgirl, and Commissioner Gordon. In LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Red Hood is unlocked for purchase after finding the first minikit in Brawl at City Hall. He costs 200,000 studs. In LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham Red Hood becomes available to purchase for 250,000 studs. Once the rough-and-tumble sidekick to Batman as the second Robin, Jason Todd has returned as Red Hood. Although his methods are sometimes questionable, Red Hood is a tough hero who will do anything to protect his friends and partners.Apple Promotes ‘The LEGO Batman Movie’ With New Siri Comments
Posted by Evan Selleck on Feb 15, 2017 | Movie tie-ins are starting to grow for Apple, and Siri seems to be the vehicle in which it wants to get the word (promotion) out. Back in November of last year, along the release schedule of The Secret Life Of Pets, Apple turned on specific comments from the digital personal assistant that helped promote the movie, and also give some fun comments to Siri users at the same time. Now, Apple’s back at it again with another animated movie. This time it’s WB’s The LEGO Batman Movie, starring Will Arnett, Rosario Dawson, and many others. If you haven’t seen the film, Batman actually has a pretty close relationship with the Batcomputer, who is voiced by Siri. (There are a lot of LEGO iPhones in the movie, too.) Batman typically addresses the Batcomputer by saying something like, “Hey, ‘puter,” and now real-world iPhone owners can do the same thing. You can also say, “Hey, Computer,” and Siri will respond with movie-themed replies.
That includes a quip about being one-step ahead of Alfred when she says he’s heated up the lobster Thermidor, and simply calling the iOS owner the LEGO Batman.
