Here’s a quick rundown of the different abilities a character might possess:




Only Robin can curl into a ball and activate ball sockets, and only while wearing his Acrobat Suit. Robin and Harley Quinn can flip along horizontal poles to reach special areas, but Robin must be wearing his Acrobat Suit. Only the Joker and the Riddler can open special Joker and Riddler boxes hidden throughout Gotham City. Only Lex Luthor can rip apart black LEGO objects with his high-tech Deconstructor. Aquaman and Killer Croc can dive underwater and explore the depths, as can Robin after he finds a Hazard Suit. Certain characters can jump a second time in midair, such as Robin while wearing his Acrobat Suit. Batman can drain or charge electric switches while wearing his Electricity Suit, as can the Joker with the use of his souped-up joy buzzer. Batman can destroy silver LEGO objects with explosive attacks while wearing his Power Suit, as can the Penguin through the use of his bomb goons. Many characters possess the freeing ability to fly and hover.




Only Poison Ivy can travel through rare flower beds to reach special locations. Several characters can glide through the air, making a long, slow decent to remote locations. Several characters can pull on grapple handles, for a variety of benefits. Only the Green Lantern has the power to build objects out of bouncing green LEGO pieces. A powerful ranged attack that allows characters to overheat and destroy gold LEGO objects, and also cut through gold walls. Characters with freeze breath, or the ability to fire ice blasts, can douse fires, immobilize enemies, and freeze rushing water to create climbable surfaces. Many characters are immune to all forms of damage, such as Superman. Only Batman can become invisible and slip past security cameras, and only while wearing his Sensor Suit. Certain characters are able to manipulate special magnetic LEGO objects, for a variety of benefits. Some characters are able to build objects out of bouncing LEGO pieces much faster than others.




A handful of characters possess the ability to shatter glass LEGO objects, for a variety of benefits. Only Aquaman and Robin can spray water to douse fires and wash away toxic waste, but Robin must wear his Hazard Suit to accomplish this. Characters with super-breath can blow back enemies to keep them at bay. Tap the Action button to use super-breath as opposed to holding the Action button to unleash freeze breath. Only the Flash possesses super speed, which allows him to build bouncing black LEGO pieces into useful objects. Many characters possess super strength, enabling them to pull on glowing orange handles, for a variety of benefits. Only Robin can jump between parallel walls, and only while wearing his Acrobat Suit. Some characters have the ability to peer through special X-ray walls and manipulate their inner workings, for a variety of benefits. LEVEL ENTRANCE: For this level you'll need Agent Spalko (sword) and any of the male characters with a gun.




The entrance is the same as the 3rd Story Level: the cave that resembles a skull near the waterfall. See the Hub Maps and Treasure Level Intro for details and screenshots. In this level, you return to the same area where you fought the Ugha King in the Temple Tangle Story Level. The king has gone, and there are now various ornate boxes placed throughout the temple. Some of these contain enemy warriors ("tricks"), others green jewels ("treasure"). You must find all 5 hidden jewels to obtain the Artifact. You don't have to open the boxes with the enemies inside if you don't want to. The room where you start contains 2 boxes. Throw Spalko's sword at the cable above each one to drop a heavy weight on top of it and smash it open. The one on the right contains an Ugha warrior, the one on the left holds a green jewel (1/5). Jump onto it to grab it and add it to your collection. Smash the other golden objects in the background for studs. Then switch to your male character with a gun—here we happen to be using Mac—and shoot the bull's-eye target in the foreground to open the next box and get another green jewel (2/5).




On the left is another bull's eye, which opens the box containing another jewel (3/5). A little farther to the left, beyond the gap with the waterfall, is an area with spiked floor tiles. You can use Spalko's sword to cut the cable and open the box, but there's only another Ugha warrior inside. The area on the far left with the wall paintings and the stone cylinders has 3 boxes. The one on the right can be opened using Spalko's sword. Inside is a white-haired spearman. Either throw your sword at him or pick up one of the spears he throws at you and toss it back at him. Shoot the bull's eye to open the middle box and get the jewel (4/5). There are 2 purple studs hidden behind the leftmost box and another white-haired spearman inside. You can use Spalko's sword to open it, but this isn't necessary. Now head all the way back to the right. The next 3 boxes—in the area with the spiked floor tiles just beyond the entrance, on the ledge above the spiked rollers, and between the checkerboard tiles—all contain enemies.
