Time Capsule Project

5th grade/8th grade/12th grade

Focus Question: What is your legacy?

Activity 1: Kahoot (Word association Q & A to get students brainstorming)

Activity 2: Watch you tube videos regarding "legacy"

Activity 3: Read articles regarding "legacy"

Activity 4: Flipgrid (each student records their definition of legacy)

Activity 5: Google Slides Family Tree (each student presents thier family tree, describing their family history, customs and legacy passed on to them)

Activity 6: Wakelet Time Capsule project (each student presents a collection of thier own pictures, articles, videos, etc...of what they believe their legacy is as they move on to the next school/grade level)
