A great selection with many stores in this 4 story mall. I did find a few good deals but not as much as I expected. We came here specifically to shop for furniture. The lady at the entrance was helpful marking which stores had which brands and pointing out the elevator locations.
What an awesome group of stores under one roof. We just took delivery of two LazyBoy recliners we bought throug Susan Lefever at hickory Psrk Furniture. This was our second ( or third) occasion to buy through heg and it was flawless. Susan is helpful and on one prior occasion of recieveng wron item, got the delivery turned around and corrected. Our recliners were almost half (yes 50%) of... We spent the day at the mart and ordered a lot of furniture. We will definitely be back to finish furnishing our house! Today's 'Mart' is not the one of yester-year when so much furniture was made in the NC Piedmont. This furniture mart is a large collection of "discount" stores, although the prices are higher than many WNC furniture stores. A great place to shop for ideas! The Hickory Furniture Mart was an amazing place to see and evaluate furniture. The quality and selection was unmatched and most of the sales people were knowledgeable. I had traveled to High Point the week before but found the experience more rewarding in Hickory, both at the Furniture Mart and at some of the outlets nearby.
