Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. Customers with delivery outside the state of Iowa may request a delivery date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time. Charges for out-of-state deliveries are contingent upon the shipping address, product weight and other shipping factors. Your delivery charges will be calculated during checkout. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding “AS IS” products, custom orders and delivery/shipping charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check.
