You have enough to lug around without worrying about chairs and tables. Why not get them at Ravinia? We’ve made it easier than before and we’ll do all the heavy lifting! Chair Rental is a convenient way to enjoy the lawn without having to haul your gear! When you arrive at the park, go to the green tent located just north of the Martin Theatre, facing the dining pavilion. You can’t miss our bright blue uniforms or the friendly smiles! Our staff will take your chairs and tables to your spot on the lawn and even help you set up. You can plan ahead and reserve your gear in advance (for a discount) or just walk upto the tent on the day of the concert. Read below for more information on the different ways to rent! New this year: You can now reserve your chairs and tables while completing your checkout for tickets or by clicking the "add-ons" button on the appropriate concert page. All major credit and debit cards accepted (Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express).




All sales are final. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the concert. Reservations not picked up by 15 minutes after the posted concert start time will be released for walk-ups. Refunds will not be offered for late arrivals. Chairs and tables may sell out on select nights. Managed by the Ravinia Women’s Board. Proceeds benefit Ravinia and its REACH*TEACH*PLAY® music education programs. Reserve your chairs and tables in advance and receive a discount on your order! To get started, go to to the online calendar and select your concert date. Click the "add-ons" button to start your order. Prices are $7 per chair and $10 per buffet table. Reserving online guarantees availability. You can also rent your chairs and tables on the day of the concert. Just walk up to the green tent and our friendly staff will help you get you what you need. Prices are $8 per chair and $12 per buffet table. Fitted tablecloths are available for $4. Renting this way will be based on available inventory.

If there is not enough advance time please stop by the rental tent the evening of the concert Are you planning a party or other group event? Discounts on chairs and setup are available when you reserve 20 or more chairs. While this option does not allow us to set your chairs and tables up in advance, our staff will have them on a cart, ready to be taken to the lawn as soon as the first member of your party arrives. Just come to the green tent and our staff will help get you set up. Inventory is guaranteed with these reservations. Group Chair rentals will be available once the 2017 season is on sale starting May 9. Planning a group event and looking for catering options? It is our intention for Pavilion guests to have an enjoyable experience while attending an event. It is also extremely important for our guests to understand that our policies exist for their safety and for the safety of other guests. This page explains the venue regulations as well as items that are not permitted into the facility and those that are permitted on a show-by-show basis. In the interest of public safety, guests are always subject to a search upon entering the facility. Guests who refuse the search may be denied entrance. The Pavilion will no longer accept purses, backpacks or bags of any kind at our Information Booths. Bags, unless restricted by the event, will still be allowed into the facility, with a security search at the gate. No throwing objects of any kind. No reselling (scalping) tickets at any time on The Pavilion grounds. You assume all risk when purchasing tickets through a scalper and non-authorized ticket centers. No re-entry is permitted once leaving the gates.




No tailgating is allowed at The Pavilion or in surrounding parking lots. Soliciting or vending is not permitted on Pavilion grounds unless previously authorized by Pavilion management. No smoking allowed in the reserved seating areas. Guests who show signs of illegal substance abuse or intoxication may be refused entry. Standing or dancing in the aisles is not permitted. (Places of Assembly in the State of Texas, Article 25, Section 25.107). Standing ON seats is not allowed as it is an unsafe practice to the guest and those around.The Pavilion is considered a No Drone Zone. Flying drones on or over The Pavilion's property is not permitted at any time. The following items are NOT allowed into The Pavilion. Please leave these items at home or secured in your car. Animals:  The only exceptions to this rule are “working” animals, such as seeing eye dogs. Audio and video equipment Beverages of any kind (due to TABC law). You may bring items for medical purposes but these items must be checked with a gate supervisor and kept in First Aid.




Lawn chairs- Due to the slope of our hill personal lawn chairs pose a tumbling risk. Specially designed lawn chairs are available for rent at all contemporary events for $6. Chair rental is free at all performing arts events. Face masksPortable televisions and radios Professional  detachable lens cameras (All cameras subject to total ban at artist/ venue discretion) Strollers and play pens Tents or sun shades Weapons: This includes pocket knives, small chains, and spiked jewelry. While it is legal, with a permit, to open carry or carry a concealed handgun in Texas, we do not allow guns in our facility. We are a privately owned property and thus have the right to enforce this rule. The following items are allowed into The Pavilion. Please be prepared to have your belongings searched. Small Blankets: Blankets are permitted at most shows, however, some shows are eligible for a ban on blankets. Dependent on demographic and show history, blankets can be banned at the artist/ venue discretion.
