How to build landing page that are better are selling

I've been spending a lot of time building sales funnels and landing pages for my Ecom stores. I realized that a long-form sales funnel can be an easy, quick way to lay out the solution that your product or service provides and so I just thought I should share some things that help me write better copies in 19- 20 steps. I tried to summarize, so bear with me.

⚡Here we go⚡

🎳 Summon them in

let them know they are in the right place. if you're writing to photographers, say something like "Calling out all photographers" in your header....e.g "Are you a pregnant mum in your 30's"

🎳 Shock them and hock them.

An example of this would be

"Did you know you can now make delicious, healthy ice creams out of frozen fruits?" it is very important to get their attention and their interest within the first 5 seconds and this is a great way to do this.

🎳Back up your shocking headline

with a sub-line that provides more detail and proof of your ability to deliver. e.g "extensive research has revealed X" or "over 3000 mums have confirm..."

🎳Relate to the reader

Ask them questions only a person who has walked in their shoes would dare to ask. 

e.g "are you doing X over and over and expecting different results?" or "Do you feel guilty everytime you buy ice cream for your kids because you know how unhealthy they are?"

🎳Provide the solution

e.g "our ice machine has been proven to make delicious desserts that are so healthy..." or 

"we've solved (problem) by developing (solution)"

🎳Help them recall their pain whiles been personal

example: "You're not alone, we faced this problem too and it slowed our growth for many years"

🎳Show them the simplicity of your solution.

if you are selling a physical product this would be a good time to show them how the product works

Show them the time, they would save with your solution/product.

example: "This ice machine could save you hours of trying to prepare a dessert your whole family would love"

🎳Put them in a time machine

Help them visualize a life with your product or service in it.

example: "Imagine a life that doesn't include (their biggest paid points) because you can now (your solution)"

🎳Establish credibility. 

example: 

"we've sold 1000 of x with a 4-star rating" or 

"We have helped 80 homeowners improve their kitchen "

bottom line, no one is going to toot your horn for you, you have to do it yourself.

🎳Overwhelm them with benefits

create a list, bullet form, focused solely on the benefits and advantages of your product or service

🎳Social proof.

nothing sells a product more than seeing what others think about it

🎳Make your offer

Now its time to pitch them and offer, 

show them the amount of savings involved. 

Total Value: $4587 

Promotional Price: $1023 

Total savings: $3564)

Make your offer irresistible

Add a bonus if possible. Example: "The first 10 buyers will receive X for free! a $500 Value"

🎳Justify the investment

quantifying and justifying how the investment is within the reader's current budget helps eliminate any lingering money issue they might have. 

Example: 

"This machine is worth 6 cups of coffee"

🎳Add scarcity.

sometimes people don't act because they think they have all the time in the whole to make the decision but please guys make your timers and time offer realistic🙄. 

example: "this OFFER expired in the next 2 days" 

"We have 2387 in stock right now and these go fast"

🎳Remove the risk completely.

Prove that you believe in your product or service by adding money back guarantee, easy returns etc

Please guys, please😞. Don't promote a product you don't believe in. The mediocrity in the marketplace is ridiculous😞😞

🎳Command them to act

Congrats, you have succeeded in making them read this far, its now time to tell them to take action

🎳Warn them against inaction

leave them with the understanding that this is the best and logical choice for them to make

so yah, 

🙂🙂This read might not be very tactical, but I just hope it helps you create landing pages that are better at selling. I believe selling is the ability to influence someone enough for them to take the action you want them to take.
