Rates are based on time out whether items are used or not. Rental fees are due in full prior to pick up of items. An additional security deposit, due at the time of booking, is required on all rental items. The deposit will be returned upon return of items in acceptable condition. Any cancellations made to rentals within two weeks of event date are subject to loss of rental amount or security deposit, whichever is less. Rates are subject to change. Responsibility for the rentals remains with the lessee from time of delivery or pick up until time of return. Please be sure items are protected from weather and secured when not in use. A charge will be assessed for missing or damaged items. A cleaning fee will be charged on items returned but not cleaned (with the exception of tablecloths, napkins, skirting and costumes).
