Over three years ago we bought a blended-leather Lazboy sofa. They told us the blended-leather was great and would hold up very fine. They insisted that we purchase a warranty as well. Purchased a couch from LazyBoy with delivery. They came today and refused to bring it in the house. They left it in the garage. Went to LazyBoy today after this happened. They refuse to replace or repair because of defective material, will never buy anything from them again ever. We have owned nine Lazyboys in our 45 year marriage.
