This is a different concept to the underblankets we have always had, so it took a bit of adjusting to. However, we are really liking it. Really enjoying using this and looking forward to cold Winter nights! Feels a bit heavy in use as we were previously using a down duvet, but this suits us better as... Great heats up quicker then electric blanket I got Love this - is warm in cold weather (bought at the end of the season so tested at various heat settings) but light enough for warmer weather.I'm a night shift worker and hated getting into a cold bed.. Now it's so very toasty and my muscles relax into sleep quickly. The best electric blanket I have ever bought. Unlike the underblanket - duvet combination, this fulfills both tasks in one item. It's a very nice duvet, very soft but maybe a bit thick for summer use. It needs to be a bit more controllable, the previous model had 9 heat settings, this one has 6, also maybe...Heats up very quickly, and lovely soft duvet.
