I was not disappointed. Controls easy to use and understand. We have had this heated under blanket for a few years now and it is good when the handsets work. We have already had one handset sent back as it stopped working, they sent us... I purchased this for my partner and I as our flat is very cold and we have very cold feet. This is my first ever bed warmer however my parents had one and I used it a few times. Only just got around to using ours. Very disappointed with the heat level on the maximum allnight setting of 5. excellent in every waybest thing I bought for ages.Leave it on 6 for 10 minutes before bed and feel those aches and pains go and then i leave it on 2 all night and I have never slept... What can I say? I think it's absolutely fab! I love the timer and I love the cosiness of it. With my old blanket, I used to fall asleep and wake up half cooked because I forgot... Absolutely love it - although the controls could be a bit neater with more flexible timings.
