Knowledge

A person has three things. Knowledge, experience and relations.

Each of these increase as one does literally anything except work that relaxes the mind such as sleeping, yoga, meditation, etc.

Knowledge is anything that a person "knows". He might know who was the sound engineer for Star Wars 1 or he might know where dakis are manufactured. It doesn't matter, something a person knows constitutes his knowledge.

Experience is what a person has experienced in his life, experience provides knowledge/insight into something but can't be merged with knowledge.

Relation is what a person develops with a person/community and it basically is how well a person knows someone else. Relations come in handy when you can't do anything with his own knowledge/experienceand has to rely on someone else.

Two people of equal age, who have lived for the exact same amount of time(excluding the "mind relaxation" time) have the some amount of sum of knowledge, experience and relations. For a job a person needs to have the knowledge or experience or the relations an employer requires.
