It makes for the strongest joint possible and the squarest cabinet in the industry. The system includes the TenonCam software and works with unique patented router bits. This enables us to increase production, lower manufacturing costs and improve the quality of your product, all at the same time. We are able to build our exceptional quality custom cabinets to meet CARB (California Air Regulatory Board) standards. Every sheet good item we use in our cabinet production is either ULEF (Ultra Low Emission Formaldehyde) or NAF (No Added Formaldehyde), which are composite wood products for chemically sensitive individuals.




All Beech lumber used by Kitchens and More NW is 100% certified PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), which holds to a higher standard than FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). And finally, many of our sheet good items are EPP (Environmentally Preferable Product) certified, meaning that it is CARB plus 100% recycled wood content (certificate on site). We pre-finish our cabinets in our own environmentally contained spray booth. Choose from a standard color palate or upgrade to a custom color of your choice.
