I used them to supplement the ones I already had which were holding the middle of the single sheets on the orthopaedic... Exactly what I wanted. I bought four of these as my bed sheet always seems to be coming off the edge. They're quite fiddly to put on trying to judge which parts of the sheet you should clasp... Thinking of buying more for other bedsDoes what you expect it to do. Fixes the problem of the corners of our fitted sheet coming off the mattress.

We have electric profiling beds and have found that the sheets wrinkle quite a lot. Not with these bad boys on they don't!! it works just fine in my bed, I recommend it Work great, remember to put them on the sheet before placing over the mattress See and discover other items: bedding sheets Look for similar items by category Home & Kitchen > Bedding & Linens > Bedding > Sheets & Pillowcases > Sheet & Pillowcase SetsQuilted Mattress Pad with Straps - Twin through King Luxurious Organic Cotton Fabric Filled with PLA Batting Provides an extra layer of cushion and absorption for your child Machine Wash & Dry Available Sizes:    PT95: Twin w/Straps (38" x 75" x 3/4")    PT95XL: Twin XL w/Straps (38" x 80" x 3/4")    PF95: Full w/Straps (53" x 75" x 3/4")    PQ95: Queen w/Straps (60" x 80" x 3/4")    PK95: King w/Straps (76" x 80" x 3/4")    PCK95: Cal King w/Straps (72" x 84" x 3/4") Quilted Mattress Pad with Straps - Twin through King Reviews - page 2

Last thing I would do is move a king sized bed in a pick up -- while the frame and the twin box springs will fit, the mattress is going to be very awkward. Combine that with the rate of speed, weather, and how adept the person tying down the whole shebang is -- it's not worth the potential grief.

I'm looking for something that pads the somewhat stiff area at the inner edge of each mattress and either fills the gap or includes a strap to hold the two mattresses tightly together. Two examples of what I'm looking for are the Create-a-King and the SNS International Mattress Mate. Reviews on Amazon of the Create-a-King say the device is cheaply constructed and that the center padding is inadequate, and I can't find any source in the US for the Mattress Mate.

If it's a single, this should be easy. If it's a double, it's still doable. First of all, make sure your mattress is protected. A furniture store might have a box you can get, or a heavy plastic bag. If not, you can get inexpensive tarps anywhere. If you're also taking your bed frame, set that on TOP of the mattress, before you strap it down.
