Tracey called and gave me easy-to-follow instructions for how to access my room, and in the morning she was a considerate hostess. Breakfast was available, and we shared a pleasant conversation.
Additionally, for folks who prefer privacy, Tracey made me feel comfortable to have my own space without intruding. The personal touch of a handwritten welcome card with my name made my evening after a long day of traveling, and the room was great. My only dislike was not being able to stay longer -- it was truly an excellent experience. Supporting a small business instead of a huge corporation was the icing on the cake.
