I usually choose Holiday Inn but I will be changing my mind.눇The breakfast was nice 눇Clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. 눉The bed was lumpy and you could feel the springs....눇Nice, clean remodeled rooms. 눉I thought it was a little pricey!눇The pool was wonderful & warm! 눇Breakfast was very good. 눉Beds were smaller than other Holiday Inn Express hotels that I've stayed in...water did not go down drain in shower.. Furniture was older and chipped..very, very average but expensive for what we got.. 눉Did not have a refrigerator nor microwave. This is pretty standard in most areas now.눇Very comfortable bed 눉We were very pleased with everything.
Wise there were more rooms available. However it is a good sign when you are full.눇It is nice to find a chain that is consistent with their hotel amenities. The location was great . Breakfast was good to start our day. 눇great location and value for money 눉The location of the handicapped rooms was so distant from parking and breakfast that it was a long walk. When we arrived, our first visit to the bathroom was not good. Smelled clean but had a couple "oops" where housekeeping had apparently rushed through the job. When we turned down the bed covers, there was no bottom (fitted) sheet! To their credit, every objection was handled quickly and courteously. We enjoyed our stay.눇The facility was nice and conveniently located towards the beach and local shopping. Breakfast was very adequate. The handicap room was well equipped. 눉, but in reality, it was very small, and everything was a bit shabby: the rug had stains, the curtains (both the sheer curtain and the black-out curtain) had tears in them, and one even had a safety pin to fix the tear.
The tub had gouges in the bottom, and the shower somehow got the floor flooded, even after I so carefully thought I had the shower curtain enclosing everything, since it had flooded the first time. I had to use up 2 of the towels to sop up the floor. The price was way too high for this kind of room. showed 2 queen beds in the bedroom. So the picture is misleading, which is probably Booking's issue, not the hotel. The breakfast did have a good variety of choices, but it was tiny and crowded, and a lot of people were in their pjs, no shower yet, so it wasn't really very pleasant. In all, I was very dissatisfied with this hotel.눇The bed was very comfy! 눉Staff눇Internet was not functioning for the time I stayed 눇The sausage was good at breakfast, the staff was friendly, and the room was super comfy. A mini fridge would have been nice but I did fine with a bucket of ice. 눉I left my key in the room a few times and 2 different times I went to the front desk, I felt I was bothering the workers.
