Partnership Pitch

We're thinking of rebranding ourselves at Dbook, mainly because we're having some issues with our initial product. Dbook was supposed to be a Telegram-based casino and a prediction platform at later stages. However, we're having many difficulties in the marketing and partnership front of Dbook. Mainly because the association with casinos and gambling isn't good at all. I'm currently working on the prediction platform, and it should be ready for launch by mid-September.

I feel that a partnership will, and should rightly benefit both parties.

We're creating a tokenized prediction platform. So, we'll be throwing prediction events like, which teams will occupy the top 8 positions in the EPL, or even NBA teams that'll make it to the playoffs during the regular season, UFC Power rankings by a specific date.

Each team or individual in each event will have a standard ERC-20 created for them. There will be a presale period during the preseason, so users can purchase each 'represented' token of each team they love, support, or thinks have a likely chance of performing well for the season.

At the end of the season, prizes will be available for those who're holding the 'represented' tokens of the teams/individuals that 'won' the top few positions. Every league will have a different number of rewarded positions.

During the season, those 'represented' tokens can be traded freely, which will showcase the real use of the prediction platform. Traders of the 'represented' tokens will be buying and selling those tokens, and these price actions will be directly affected by each team's performance, showing the real sentiments of the public. A team doing well will have their token price going up, while a team doing badly will inevitably have their token dumped.

A few angles I'm thinking about if we do strike a partnership:

1. As the prediction platform can operate across different EVMs, I'm thinking of using CPS as our only DEX to list the 'represented' tokens on Polygon. I believe if the prediction platform gains traction, it will benefit the CPS as well, as the 'represented' tokens can only be traded in CPS.
   I'll be hoping to work with Sy and get the 'represented' tokens up on Rocket Swap as well for BSC. I hope when we work together, we'll be able to attach a team photo representing each team to create the best experience for the traders. (**we support multi-chain, but not cross-chain at the moment.)
2. 100x coin can maybe partner up with us as well when it comes to the 'represented' token sales. Maybe if it's not 'legally challenging', the 'represented' token sales can take place on 100x app as well, allowing others to use the debit/credit cards to purchase those 'represented' team tokens.
3. We will be changing the operational method of our Telegram Casino. Instead of getting users to deposit USDT to play our games, we're considering to change our DBK tokens into a gaming token for users to deposit and play our games. We can potentially allow your tokens to be staked, and DBK to be rewarded, so your community will be able to enjoy those games on your Telegram groups when they have nothing to do. Consider it like a lounge for some community members to chill at and relax. And, it's basically free of charge, as they just have to stake their tokens to get the DBK tokens for free gameplay anyway. Of course, we can have further partnerships by allowing them to stake the DBK they won, and get some other tokens that might interest them.

With the rebrand in mind, we're hoping to go for an IDO with our new token, Robinos Governance Token (RBNO). The RBNO will allow holders to enjoy

• 10% of incurred profits from Robinos prediction platform
• Voting rights on the operation of Robinos prediction platform

The prediction platform is actually less of a 'gambling' format, but more of bringing the element of trading into sports. A trader who bought a 'represented' token has a choice to sell it for an early profit, assuming the team is doing well in the competition, which has caused the price to increase significantly. Alternatively, it allows a trader to cut their losses if a team is not performing as it should, and seems unlikely to recover as the season goes.

Our existing DBK holders will be given a portion of the RBNO as a result of this rebrand. There will also be a portion allocated for farming with our partnered projects like potentially CPIE/100x/RB.

I'm clueless when it comes to marketing, and I'll be hoping to get some help from you in that department if that's possible, especially for the IDO and also the promotion of the prediction platform after launch. We have a few smart contracts that can be reused, so staking will be available right after launch to satisfy the ever-hungry community members. We are also expecting to launch our predictions platform very shortly after launch hopefully we'll be able to start the sales of the 'represented' tokens for EPL as the new season will be starting soon.
