If you're looking for really stylish shoes, that also happen to be waterproof, and almost one of a kind, pick up a pair, you won't regret it!Color is light gray not off white as advertised. Profile is more narrow so truly looks like sneaker. The elastic laces are NOT adjustable, therefore it is too snug for my high arches, so sadly must return. Arch not quite high enough for my high arch plantar fasciitis. All that said, it is a very good quality shoe with good styling and I recommend it even though it didn't work for me, solely due to my own foot issues.
I bought these shoes for my husband and we loved the sleek look of them however we had to return them bc they were a bit narrow for my husbands wide feet. The shoes are very comfortable and very nice I'm a little bit tied on the side can you get used to it Reviewer: from Pittsburgh PA I was afraid that these looked too stylish to be comfortable but, happily, I was wrong. I have bunions, hammer toe, etc. but these feel fine and give good support. Note that they are not lace-up -- they have elastic in place of laces. Not a problem for me. I bought this from another store only because Zappos did not have my size. But I wanted to let other customers know about the sizing in this sneaker when choosing. Whatever size you wear, please consider buying one size up. A 41 will get you a 10 + 1/2 which is just right for those who are buying a size 10 in USA sizes. I hope this helps someone in the future because the Dark Burgundy is fabulous and hard to find! A little bit stiff but a heel pad will help until they loosen in the heel.
I recently bought this Geox sneaker in the Octane. It was rather dark and much more than I cared for and that is the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars. If you're buying size 10 then order a half size bigger. A 41 will get you a 10 + 1/2. They are a stiff sneaker but if you love the color, of whichever you choose, stick with them and they eventually loosen. Also, a heel pad can help get you past the stiffness. They are worth it. A good quality sneaker. Donna Piuma Ballerina 25TOO BIG NEED A SMALLER SIZE. probably better quality from Italy are made smaller in sizeI have a fairly flat foot and a narrow heel, so finding flats that don't gap on the sides or slip on the heel is very challenging. This shoe not only fits, it's very comfortable and can be dressed up or down. Perfect for trips, when you want something light to slip on for dinner or just as a room shoe. The sole is much more comfortable than a hard soled flat. Not a lot of arch support but good for a flat.This is the first Geox that I've purchased and I'm quite impressed with the quality as well as comfort.
I run 7.5-8 and ordered the 38 (8 equivalent.) Great fit and comfortable right out of the box. I wore them around the house with thin socks for a day to stretch the elastic, which is all it took for me. meh, bought this along with 2 other brands and kept both of those. i love geox for my daughter and self so I'll probably try again This shoe runs really small. I'm usually a 8.5 in a dress shoe and the 9 was too small. Trying a 9.5 in my next shipment. The shoe is very cute and supportive. Hoping the larger size fits! They were much narrower and slightly smaller than I needed. Overall the were stiffer than I thought they would be. Oh well, tried to save $100 but I guess it's back to Mephisto Hike where I can find them in my size.
Donna Mariele Mid 8 Reviewer: from Richmond VA -toe box is sufficiently large but the aesthetics of the toe portion are oddly short. elongating the toe would look better. -i have a wide foot, and the skin on my toes got chafed while wearing these for the first time, so be prepared for that. -the mid height is comfortable. i tried the high version and it was definitely not comfortable. -matronly looking, but i bought these for an interview and they do the job better than much more painful but more stylish heels. Super cute and stylish shoe. But I agree not enough arch support! Not recommended for long walks. Size down, runs large.Loved the two fit choice, available by switching the (supplied) insoles. The shoes ran at lease a half size too small. I am typically between a 9.5 and 10 in heels. I ordered size 40 (women's 10) and the shoes were uncomfortably tight. I exchanged for the next size up and I look forward to trying them. The shoes were beautiful and absolutely perfect as interview shoes if only they fit! Zappos' new policy of exchanging by sending the new pair without charging you (as long as you return the other pair within 2 weeks) is fantastic and made the process of finding the perfect shoes so much easier. Reviewer: from Denver, PA this shoe looks great online but the leather is so soft i'm afraid they will wear quickly with stuff marks. I wear a size 10 and this shoe is about 1 1/2 sizes larger.
