Junior Brand Manager в Unilever

Main Job Purpose

The Junior Brand Manager RUB is based in Moscow and will play a key and strategic role in launching the brands in Russia, Ukraine & Belarus.

Some of the key deliverables for the role will be

• Develop a digital and social marketing plan for seeding and brand launches
• Develop White Space Launch toolkits for brands including ATL, BTL and Digital
• Analyse global white spaces, pitch to category Global Category Leadership teams for launch and lead launches
• Launch key niche brands across white spaces

The marketer who leads this role will have a high bias for action, multitasking skills, deep passion for building brands, openness to new ideas and approaches, willingness to work with the team to make an impact on the market and a sense of responsibility, measuring performance by results.

The role will report into the Marketing Manager for Unilever International based in Dubai. The role will interface with all Unilever categories at Director / Brand Manager level and UI supply chain and finance teams across UI

Essential:

• Marketing experience in brand development and/or brand building in Russia with a strong consumer focus (at least 2 years)
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate and higher)
• Strong track record of consistent in market delivery
• High time-management and self-organization skills
• Deep desire to do something exceptional in life
