Just going with the flow for esg.

What our process is like: We get a fresh brief from clients for new sections (like Industries or Innovation), send it back with our references, they return it with confirmation or changes, then we maybe google a bit of info if needed and start to write. The copy will be changed by the lead if needed before the pm sends it out to clients. That's really it.

At the moment we don't always get the full info from client but not really a big deal, we're just happy to meet the deadlines. Doubt we are truly following the crazy timeline anymore but it's ok - clients come back late with feedback anyway. Guess that’s our ammo. They also send the feedback in odd batches so it's a bit tough for us to keep track because too many emails. Whatever at this point our priority is to just write, meet deadlines and cover our asses with references we pull from their links or site. They just need people to assist with this anyway.

We have a new template (sort of) copy pasted from the sheets onto Google Docs to look somewhat similar to the one we created for Google Sheets. It looks messy on docs and not as structured as our Google Sheets version (honestly prefer that one) because the clients need Microsoft Word format. Well the upside to this is, probably after this we'll be Google suite masters and will be able to work for em 😂 jk

Grateful for incredible family zoom sessions. Now that we're spread out all over the world (we really miss each other! but we can travel for sure!) it's great seeing everyone come together to connect from wherever they are on the globe.
