Soon after, a far clearer photo of the sneaker popped up, which provides a detailed look at it, as can be seen above.

As of now, it seems that @zsneakerheadz has shared photos of three different, brand new colorways of the Air Jordan 5. The most recent colorway of the model that joined the Air Jordan releases 2017 was a part of Jordan Brand’s “Take Flight” Pack. Hopefully, all of these Air Jordan 5 releases, even the “Red Suede” one, will end up arriving at retailers soon. Jordan Brand and Nike do not produce all-Red sneakers very frequently. Arguably, one of Nike’s most iconic and popular all-Red sneakers was the Air Yeezy 2 “Red October,” which made its retail debut back in February 2014. Back in December 2016, the Air Jordan 12 seemed to have received the “Red October” treatment. It was Instagram user @chickenwop_ who shared two different photos of the all-Red Air Jordan 12 iteration, which never really arrived at retailers last year but it might in 2017. Regardless, Jordan Brand already seems to have whipped up a brand new, nearly all-Red sneaker, this time utilizing the Air Jordan 5 as the base.

Since the NBA All-Star Weekend 2017 already begun in New Orleans on February 17th, Jordan Brand opened a pop-up shop in the city in order to commemorate the three-day weekend. Sneakerheads who happened to be present in New Orleans between February 17th and 19th had the opportunity to cop some of the highly anticipated, latest Jordan releases 2017. The iridescent “All-Star” colorways of the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 31 were available at Jordan Brand’s exclusive pop-up shop on 221 Chartres St. They even brought back limited quantities of some very highly coveted and iconic Air Jordan iterations from years ago. The PSNY x Air Jordan 12 was among Jordan Brand’s Air Jordan releases for the 2015 Holiday Season. The time for its retail debut arrived after the Air Jordan 11 “72-10” had hit the shelves that very year. Many sneakerheads had been to cop a pair of the collaborative sneaker and they had to spend $300 in order to add it to their collections when it became available on December 12th, 2015.

However, not everyone was fortunate enough to get their hands on this sneaker. For those who were not, perhaps they got lucky this time, considering that the PSNY x AJ 12 recently got restocked. The upcoming, remaining days of this year are scheduled to mark the arrival of some very highly anticipated Air Jordan releases 2017. Namely, the Air Jordan 6 “All-Star” / “Chameleon,” Air Jordan 13 “White/True Red,” Air Jordan 12 OVO “Black,” Air Jordan 1 “All-Star” / “Chameleon,” Air Jordan 8 “Alternative” and the Air Jordan 12 Low “playoffs” will hit the shelves one after another. From the looks of it, small-footed sneakerheads are probably thinking that Jordan Brand will not be dropping something exclusively for them. On the contrary, the Air Jordan 6 featured here is a new GS “Heiress” iteration, which makes its retail debut in the coming days too. The Air Jordan 14 Low ‘Laney’ definitely looks to stay true to the original form, with a royal blue upper, black toe box, tongue, outsole, and inner lining, with yellow accents hitting this Ferrari-inspired silhoutte.
