If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 35 days of receiving your order. We've recently changed the time limit on returning unwanted items. If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase you made before 1 February 2017 and would like it to be exchanged or refunded, you have 90 days to return it. If you return your order to a John Lewis shop we’ll process your refund immediately.

Items bought in store If you purchased the item directly from one of our shops, please ensure you have the receipt and the payment card you originally used to buy the product. For online orders take your order confirmation email or the delivery note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the appropriate department in the shop. You will also be asked to provide your billing postcode. Lost your delivery note? Don't worry - just take your order confirmation number to the shop.
