The 1907 sales staff were more than helpful, and the delivery men were very polite and curteous. I love my Pandora mattress, it is nice and firm, yet very luxurious and comfortable. Have now purchased various beds from Palatine from the Pandora downwards as a London based designer and developer I have to say pound for pound I haven't found any other beds that can beat Palantine.
And added to that its a great pleasure to deal with everyone that I have come into contact with at Palantine. After 8 years with a memory foam mattress, we decided that we wanted a mattress made from natural materials, but which would provide the support that I have struggled to get from a sprung mattress in the past. It's early days, but first impressions are that this is a very substantial mattress providing great support but also the required comfort. A fantastically sturdy and well built mattress. You really feel as if you are laying on something very special indeed! Very comfortable and offers a wonderful nights' sleep. My partner and I are having a great nights' sleep, when our two year daughter says we can! The Pandora feels as if it will last forever, however if it does ever get a little past it I will be looking at 1907 again. Excellent service from start to finish. The sales staff were knowledgeable and flexible. The mattress was ready as promised and delivered on time.

Everything about it is quality, from the sales people, to the craftsmen who made it, to the men who delivered it. The mattress certainly exceeded my expectations. Compares to the best you would buy in the likes of John Lewis. I bought it as my wife has a bad back. It is very firm but very comfortable and instantly helped her back.
