Seasalt Yacht Bedding: £15, Marquis & Dawe Bring a bit of beach to your bedroom with this nautical yacht print set from Seasalt. They’re made from super-soft 200 thread cotton, which is breathable and cool for summer, and the contrasting piping running around the outside is a nice detail.
6. Alvine Kvist: from £30, Ikea Refresh your bedroom in an instant with this charcoal print against a white background. It will look just as at home in a contemporary or urban setting as a traditional one. Made from crisp cotton and with a nice low price tag, it’s a design that is bound to stay timeless. 7. Luxury Plain White: from £47, The Best Bed Linen in the World Many of the top hotels across the UK use this bed linen, made of 400 thread-count percale. They stay white, no matter how many washes they get, and their weight and durability is impressive too. Don’t panic if you think they’re a bit shiny when you open them up – that reduces after a couple of washes. 8. Available in white or alabaster, it is timeless and chic, as well as being made from super-smooth 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton percale that feels gorgeous against the skin and washes like a dream.
12. Joules Floral Duvet Cover: £50, Joules If you like florals with a bit of a difference, this fun bee print is a nice option. On the other side, you get beachy stripes. The fabric is super-soft and it washes well without fading, while the buttons and piping give it a nice quality finish. 13. Habitat Mauzy: from £25, Habitat Habitat has always been good at strong, abstract designs that work well in modern settings and this is no exception. This one has a nod to retro with its geometric design and bold palette and it’s nice and friendly on the purse-strings too. 14. Essenza Esra Duvet Set: from £80, Amara The fresh colour-combo on this super-soft cotton satin set is apparently inspired by the hues and reflections of the sea.
