We know that Daniel Craig is back to reprise the role of 007, and that he'll be reuniting with Skyfall director Sam Mendes for the new movie.Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Naomie Harris are reprising their Skyfall roles. New additions to the cast include Dave Bautista (off the back of his Guardians Of The Galaxy success) and Lea Seydoux. And now we learn that another familiar face is jumping aboard.

Christoph Waltz is set to be the latest James Bond nemesis. He's set to take the role that at one stage was earmarked for Chiwetel Ejiofor. The news was broken by Daily Mail reporter Baz Bamingboye, whose Bond information to date has been very good. Furthermore, the production is set to shoot in Mexico, Morocco, Italy, Austria and London this time around. It's still currently scheduled for release in the UK in October 2015, although one or two websites seem to be reporting a November 2016 release. Daniel Craig doesn’t seem to want to quit James Bond role As speculation mounts over the direction of the next James Bond movie, and the man who’s going to be taking the lead role in it, incumbent 007 Daniel Craig seems really quite keen to stay on.

Craig, who a year ago notoriously said he’d rather “slash my wrists” than take on another James Bond movie following Spectre, seems to have mellowed somewhat. “It was the day after filming [finished]”, he’s now admitted of that infamous statement, noting that “they say that shit sticks and that definitely stuck”. As he says now, “boo-hoo, it’s a good gig. See also: Spectre, one year on, and where it's left James Bond Craig was talking at the New Yorker Festival, and when the question came up about whether he’d be around for the 25th James Bond movie, he said that there have been “no conversations”. But he also added that “as far as I’m concerned, I’ve got the best job in the world. I’ll keep doing it as long as I still get a kick out of it… If I were to stop doing it, I would miss it terribly”. With the next James Bond movie expected to land in two years, that gives Eon Productions a few months yet to get its core cast and director in place.
