Your responsibilities

  • With the support of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition team, and the hiring Line Managers, you fully and proactively conduct the recruitment process for a big share of our IT open jobs from the understanding and description of the needs to the signature of the contract and the launch of the onboarding process.
  • Through the recruitment process, you contribute to building our network and Employer Brand, increasing our visibility, and showing the world what a "helluva" good company we are!

Requirements

YOU, as a candidate, would ideally

  • Work 100% remotely as a Freelancer ideally based in Eastern Europe (where most of our talented Engineers are located)
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles (technical recruitment background)
  • Know what words like API, SQL, Front-End, Back-End, FullStack, or DevOps mean and ideally being capable of making jokes around it, know the difference between C, C++, and C#, the one between Java and Javascript, know that Python doesn't refer to a snake and be brave enough not to be scared of it
  • Be proactive, creative, efficient, and accountable
  • Be a contagious and engaging enthusiast
  • Have an authentic and warm personality capable of building strong and trustful professional relationships inside and outside the company
  • Combine perfectly professionalism and fun
  • Have working proficiency in English

Your technical skills

  • You can design clear and motivating Job Descriptions
  • You can conduct in-depth interviews with a special focus on Tech skills, motivation, and personality
  • You can identify and successfully approach the best and rarest candidates
  • You are super comfortable with LinkedIn and ideally with Workable and any other additional recruitment tools and platforms
  • Any other skill is welcome but we can manage to provide you coaching for the rest
