Failure to be home on the scheduled delivery date, necessitating a second trip by our driver, will result in a re-delivery charge. While we will try to provide a shorter, convenient delivery window, you may ultimately be obligated to be home the entire date of delivery. Further, there must be a responsible person over the age of 21 years old at home during delivery. The delivery fee includes delivery of merchandise, placement in the room of your choice and the removal of shipping materials.
